My family hosted a lunch here for 20 people. Prices reasonable and awesome staff. Food was good and staff was great. Would highly recommend . Great experience

We used to go to the Cerritos Coco's and were really sad that it closed. We went there regularly over 20+ years. Being this is the closest one to us, we went to this location. We've gone here a few times and was greeted by Bella. She was very friendly and attentive. She knew my son's order by heart, after going there just 3 times, which made him feel special. He was really happy and impressed she remembered his order, which is the cinnamon French toast combo. That is his favorite!! Thank you Bella for being a great server!!! Our breakfast was delicious as always!! We'll definitely be back!

Horrible service. The utensils were not clean. Were food left over from the last people that used the utensils. Our waitress gave us dirty napkins and we had to keep an eye out for food residue. DO NOT GO TO THIS COCO!

This restaurant is the WORST BADDEST place I have ever been to!! (>_:( THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THE STUPID MANAGER JUST DIDNT CARE!! THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WAS NOT EVEN STRAWBERRY LEMONADE, IT WAS JUST RED COLORED WATER WITH NO FLAVOR AND THEY ONLY GAVE 1 PIECE OF STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE FOR ONE PERSON AND THAT IS FOR TO SHARE, HOW COULD ONE SMALL PIECE OF PIE IS FOR 3 PEOPLE, THATS JUST MESSED UP AND RIDICULOUS SHAME PEOPLE, WHO IS READING THIS, DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT, IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AND ITS A FULL OF TRASH HOW ARE THE EMPLOYEES ARE AND ESPECIALLY THE STUPID IDIOT MANAGER!! More training is needed at this location. Order over the phone when I got there paid my order and was told to have a nice day and the guy walked off and I'm standing there waiting on my food. No one acknowledged my presence I had to go ask for my food after paying. Awful experience.

Went about a month ago. Their strawberries and whip cream pancakes were great. Went the following week - not too great. They were a bit dry and not as fluffy and creamy as the the first time :(

The waitress was very attentive and personable. The food as always was very tasty and served at the appropriate temperature. The timing was good. We didn't feel rushed and we didn't have to wait on her. The waitress doesn't act as cashier anymore, we are required to go to the cashier and wait in line. That was disappointing.

Everything was good. The service, the food, but, only one complain. Your hostess/bus boy. I don't know if he hates his job or having a bad day. But, he doesn't have to make my parents feel uncomfortable when speaking in English. And tell him to please fix his dirty bun. It looked as if he just got out of bed.

Horrible service, okay food. Our utensils had small lumps of food on them and most of our orders were missing and we had to ask for them repeatedly. Waiter was very dismissive of our requests (can i have some dressing?) Food was good but cold.
Pretty good pretty good. Been going here about once or twice a year for the last 7 years. Immediate seating when I walked in and my waitress, Bella, was very attentive to us. A minute after seating, we ordered drinks. Afterwards, we each ordered our own meal. Surprisingly, we were served with bread and butter. This was a new but pleasant change. That bread was warm, crunchy. For myself, my French Dip was pretty perfect. While I do wish the bread to be a bit more crunchy, it was a good, filling meal. My sweet potatoes fries were indeed perfect . My brothers ordered a sirloin steak with fries and vegetables as well as chicken strips. The fries were nice and crunchy, the steak was good; however, the vegetables were soggy. The honey mustard was and I quote "WOOH." The restaurant interior feels cozy and homey in a way. Partly dimmed lights, old-fashioned booths, carpet flooring. Perfect for a nice dinner. Thank you for the service, will visit again.

Their coffee is horrible taste like burnt coffee. I don't know how they can serve such a horrible coffee, they need to amp up their game. Other restaurants have lattes and other good stuff. The only thing I would like for Coco's is to have good decent coffee that you don't need to mask it with so much flavor to hide the taste. Please have good coffee to go with your desserts. Thank you.

I had stopped coming to this Coco's for a while because their customer service had changed drastically. They seemed to not care about their customers anymore, and always gave me horrible service. Although I loved the food I stopped coming for a good while. The other day my husband and I decided to come and we were so glad we did! They have a new Manager named Nicole who is on top of EVERYTHING. Not sure if the change is because of her but I'm so glad we decided to give it another try! I sure missed this Place!

I had breakfast here with my family & the host Nathan was really attentive as soon as we walked in. We were seated quickly & the manager immediatly came up to our table to ask if we needed anything to drink. My server Melissa was sweet & she complimented my hair, so that was nice. :) I would definitely come back.

So irritated that I ordered pies the night before to be ready the next day at 11am. So I can pick up on my lunch hour. I got here at noon and they are NOT ready. What's the whole point of ordering online ahead of time if they won't be ready? So frustrated because I came on my lunch expecting to just pick up and now I have to wait. I don't know if I'll make it to get back to work in time.
