This location is usually quick taking orders and giving customers their orders in a decent amount of time. They never have knives though, which I get sad about everytime that I go. Customer Service can be better, they don’t really greet me when I come in for some reason.
My location gets very packed with people but wow the service is really fast and I always get all the cookies I ordered and they look beautiful! The cookies are always fresh and delicious!

The cookies themselves? Genuinely excellent. Big, warm, and packed with flavour — definitely lived up to the hype. I tried a couple of the weekly specials and would’ve gone back again if I’d had more time in Downey.
