Listen I love how soft they are and they are flavorful. I think I got on this train too late. Now I feel its overhyped so I was disappointed with some flavors. The best were the chocolate chip and brownie
recommended to me — I wasn’t disappointed. There was a bit of a line when I arrived, but it moved quickly and the staff were helpful, even with all the hustle. The ordering process was super easy, and the space felt clean and welcoming.
The cookies themselves? Genuinely excellent. Big, warm, and packed with flavour — definitely lived up to the hype. I tried a couple of the weekly specials and would’ve gone back again if I’d had more time in Downey.

This location is usually quick taking orders and giving customers their orders in a decent amount of time. They never have knives though, which I get sad about everytime that I go. Customer Service can be better, they don’t really greet me when I come in for some reason.
