I hate to have to leave a bad review as we absolutely love the breakfast here (5 stars for breakfast). However, the dinner left us so disappointed, especially considering the floor was practically empty. My first warning was the table behind us complaining that their steak wasn't warm, but I figured it was a fluke. Then my pot roast came and everything was lukewarm, and my fiance's fries were cold and soggy. It felt like all of our food was leftover from earlier, and they were too lazy to make it fresh or warm it properly. Again, there were maybe 4 or 5 tables occupied in the whole restaurant, so it's not like the kitchen was slammed like in the mornings. We will be sticking with breakfast only from now on, and I'd advise anyone from having dinner here later in the day.

First time in a Black Bear Diner and I wasn't disappointed. I went First with my family for dinner about an hour or so before closing and the food was great!! Our server was very helpful and patient with us. The following morning went in for breakfast and again very happy with the food and service. Even though they were extremely busy everyone working did amazing.
