This restaurant NEVER disappoints. The only bad part is, EVERY single entre I've chosen always has exceeded my expectations, so it's really difficult to choose which one I'll choose on my next visit.
We went on a Friday at 4:40 . Was seated did not place our order for about 15 or 20 minutes.We told the waitress what we wanted. It took about 20 minutes for our drinks then had to ask for our salad. And silverware. Then had to ask her to look for our dinner, when it came out one dinner was right mine was wrong, she had to go and have the cook to fix it by the time i got mine my partner was done. I was so upset I just wanted to get out.They try to make it up my taken it off but it was too late.?????

EVERY time we order from Black Bear, they get the order wrong. If it’s not the wrong item, it’s that they left something out of the delivery package. Once maybe we can overlook but it’s every single time. So after tonight’s screw up they won’t be getting any more business from my family.
