El Pescador | Cantina 11 in Downey is a great spot for Mexican food and seafood, known as a favorite happy hour place with a lively bar area and good music. The staff provide excellent service. The food is generally enjoyed, with some calling it exquisite, and the plates are very large and beautifully presented. They have an outdoors and quieter side room.
