Great place for a date! I always enjoy the food and service here. The hosts are always friendly and attentive. Only thing that I wish could be fixed is that the music can be pretty loud inside and it can be pretty difficult to hear one conversations with their guests. Other than that, this place is always a great time🙏🏻💯👏

I would of given it a 5 star for the food. But the tortillas were microwave heated. They were awful. Other than that everything we order was very good. And service was excellent thank you Lilly. She is an excellent waitress. And all the other staff.
To the owner or manager of the place please make sure the corn tortillas are being heated properly not microwave.

I stopped by El Pescador in Downey for lunch and had a mixed experience. The service was great—friendly and attentive—and my Diet Coke was nice and refreshing. The chips were fresh and tasty, but the salsa was just okay. I ordered the lunch special with a cheese enchilada, beans, and rice. It was decent, but nothing to rave about.
