Gotta start by saying that this El Pollo Loco in Downey looks super modern, wish all Pollo Locos looked like this one. I tried the Chicken Habanero Tostada, and I gotta say its a win. It was a nice change-up from my usual Chicken avacodo Tostada. Only thing... My chicken was a little cold. Still good, but could've been warmer

I stopped coming to this location due to the service being horrible years ago. But I recently decided to give this location a chance again, and it payed off. Service was top notch and the employees are very friendly. Management must be doing a wonderful job!!
