I'm giving my server 5 stars, but the cooks and manager 0 stars. I ordered my eggs sunny side up, but the whites were still 90% raw (they should have sent me 2 uncracked eggs in that case) . I sent it back, and my waitress came back in less than a minute. The cook only cleaned the whites off with a napkin and thought it was presentable. There were still raw whites, and I had to send it back 4 more times for the cook to keep cleaning the whites off with a napkin instead of cooking 2 eggs or actually cooking them more. I gave up and substituted the eggs for something else.Cooks are getting paid to cook your food, not to be lazy. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back to this location.

The waiting area smelled like pee. Usually norms is good but this one was ok. My brother and I asked for a medium rare steak and it came out uncooked. I had to ask the waiter to bring another and he just threw mine back on the grill. The waiter was nice though. We went on a rainy day and about a quarter of the ceiling was leaking.
