You can't never go wrong with Norms its always a great place to go dine in and have some good breakfast or Lunch or even a late night craving, The waiters and host very friendly and service is always an A+ they are super fast and hardly a wait about 15 mins or less its always my go to every Sunday when I can would recommend always :)
Food was mediocre and not like it use to be. Most importantly the have barely any room to maneuver a wheelchair through the aisles and getting to restroom was a problem. I am sure this is a violation to safety and accessibility to handicapped. They also took Ribs off their menu which was disappointing. Food was cold and waitress was not very friendly. Her service was almost non existent. Don't know if I will go back. So sad because Norm's has always been a family staple for many...read full review

server was friendly and tentative, but when we arrived we were waiting to be seated and they sat other 2 ladies 1st then another lady walked in and they were about to sit her as if we were not there, they didn't even bother to ask if we had been helped even if they thought we were there waiting to pay because that's exactly where they have you pay and wait to be seated, so if they're going to have that system then at least have your staff ask people that are standing there.
