Pop’s Cafe was great. The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was top notch.
Had the worst experience in my life today at pops. We arrived at pops cafe at 10:40 and left at 11:20 without our name being called and being told numerous times we were next. My sister in law even came 10 mins earlier to put our names down. It is upsetting to see a restaurant care more about revenues base than customer base. This state doesn’t come lightly. I saw numerous people with two people get seat. Apart of two had just arrive and not waited more than 10 mins before being seated. I understand she was pregnant but that was the straw that broke the camels back as it is called. We were ignored towards the end as people who were upset about constantly asking when it is our turn. Mind we had two kids if you reading to this point.
If your party wants to come here and it’s just two or four of you it works out but it have a party bigger than that you will spend over an hour waiting. I will NEVER go to this place again. The choice is yours

My experience today was not good, I don't know if there is a new procedure on food, I ordered an omelet, and I got mad because it was so small, the presentation looked like hard taco very simple no flavor, and the husbrown was uncooked, and the price was $20 dlls. Im very dissatisfied, I don't think Cumming back to this place anymore, everything is so different now than before sorry because it was one of my favorite places to bring. Y family for breakfast 🥺🥺

This place was once one of our favorites to stop for breaksfast. I believe they changed personnel not too long ago. That might be one of the reasons the service declined significantly. Today, we decided to go back and perhaps that was our last time. They took more than 30 minutes to serve us with one omelet, two eggs with sausages, and a pair of pancakes. It was not busy as usual. Wonder if people have realized how bad their service has become. I had to ask our server the reason why it was taking so long. She told us it was still in the works. When she finally brought it to us, one of the orders was incorrect and she had to take it back to the kitchen to get it fixed. Not one time she asked us if we were doing fine while eating. We had to ask the gentleman cleaning the tables for additional stuff. Definetly a different atmosphere than what it used to be. Not sure what happened that it went from being one of the best places to now one of the worst. Management has to do with it, we presume. By the way, we noticed the food was over cooked and in smaller proportions as before. We hope you have a better experience if you decide to try it. Good luck.
