We went for take out and Paul (Manager) at benihana gave us spoiled food. Rice was slimy chicken was hard and undercooked with old ingredients. Rice was slimy and sticky from being old and had no real fresh flavor. The two orders of California rolls where so tiny and I guess they where okay you can find better samples at the frozen section in Ralph's. I ordered the crispy tuna it was overcooked and burnt. It was so hard. I can barely chew it with little to no tuna and I ordered the noodles were mushy. There was no green onions. The egg looked old.
