The Baristas were very nice and pleasant. My Pumpkin spice latte was yummy and my pumpkin bread was delicious. Didn't have to wait long either.
Unacceptable customer service. There were 3 staff and it took 30 minutes for them to make 5 drinks. A customer ordered after me, but somehow got their drink before me. Once it was 30 minutes, I let the staff know if they had made my drink yet because I have been waiting 30 minutes and she got very snappy and rude with me and said there are online orders she is making that came before me. The whole time I've been there I watched them make only five drinks. They move so slow like...read full review
