Went to Downieville this week on business and once finished, we we're hungry and decided to take a chance on a very scenic restaurant for lunch. Wow we're we in for a surprise and wonderful time. Michelle Lozano-Sahan our server was great and fun. The salad and pizza, well, it's a far drive from home, but I'm sure we'll visit again. The chef, he was fun also.

Mercedes Benz Club of America, Sacramento had a Sunday Drive club trip up to Downieville, specifically for a pizza lunch at the Two Rivers Cafe.. that was the BEST pizza I've had in years! We'll be back

When you read this, please understand I love good food and service, and I am retired after 56 years with KFC, both corporate and 32 years as Director of Operations for a multi store franchisee with locations in 4 states.
It was past lunchtime, and I saw the Two Rivers Cafe.
Not real busy being middle of the week and some lunch people were leaving.
