Went on a date night with my husband and was pleasantly surprised at how AMAZING this place is! The service is top notch especially the bartender Adrian. They have craft cocktails that are delish. The food is really good too. Great experience, highly recommend!

This was our third or fourth time eating here. We have done both lunch and dinner. Food is really delicious and presentation is fantastic. Location is untraditional as it's in the lobby of a guest hotel on the hospital grounds, but the food makes up for it. The outside patio provides stunning views of the San Gabriel mountains.

Not from the area, first time to the restaurant, found it on OpenTable, surprised by the odd location but the food was remarkably good, service was great too. Our server was very attentive and I was able to fund plenty of vegetarian options.
The ambiance was very inviting and the food was marvelous! Our server, ‘Dom' was fantastic and thoughtful; even gifted a birthday dessert for my wife's very special day which made it even more memorable

Had lunch at 1913 yesterday for the first time.Very pleasant experience. Our server, Dillon, was very attentive.The menu has excellent varied options with marked gluten free and veg alternatives.Will definitely return as Duarte is a frequent stop for me in the SGV.

This place is very nice, classy lighting and decor. Even though it’s near the hospital it’s worth going if you don’t go to the hospital. I had Apple mule, which tasted like real apple and the avocado toast.Vegetarian options: I had the avocado toast which was very delicious, fresh and full of flavor.

We were here during the Christmas buffet I think it was and it was horrendous. The staff was lovely the food was awful. After we left we went right to McDonald's, which is not any better but it was certainly better than this place

BEWARE: If you order bread with your meal they charge you $5.00 What restaurant charges you money for bread with the meal.This restaurant is making money on their food and alcohol and they have the audacity to charge for bread! When I questioned this charge I was told that’s how we do it in California! Nothing is included with your meal, no soup no salad just your entree and apparently bread isn’t included either.
I recommend everyone to bring their family and loved ones! The chef personally came to our table and ask how everything was, and I thought that was really nice! Great hospitality service. Our server Frank was the best! The food, wow, I don't think there is a word in our dictionary that could describe how delicious and presentable our dishes were. THANK YOU!

Who would have thought of going to a hospital for a great meal? We were surprised at the restaurant in the hospital's hotel on Duarte Rd. The Cobb salad was composed with quality ingredients and a perfect avocado. The tuna salad was not only tasty but a good value in these days when a Subway can set up back $15. We salivated over the dessert menu but didn't jump in. We'll be back!

Nice classy restaurant in the City of Hope Hotel. Great food, nicely plated and fine quality. Flavors on certain dishes really come through. Ambience is quiet, classy and good service. Bar area for bites and to watch some sports. Tables seating 2 to 6 are available. But this is inside of City of Hope, so it's not really a high energy celebratory place. Still, food is great and it's a hidden gem.

Really good food, service and priced below what i expected. Casablanca chicken was delish, the star was the appetizer szcechwan lettuce wraps, WOW, so flavorful, fresh, definitely having again.
