This place is great.The food is always warm ,flavorful, and delicious .The service is also amazing every time. The only negative thing i have to say is about the customers who sometimes come here. As a customer myself, I dont appreciate other customers coming here and expecting a whole dine in experience when it comes to drink refills and ranch. This is a TO GO spot. If you want a dine in experience and service, go to the other sit-down locations. The employees here are so nice and accommodating. However, this is not the opportunity to take advantage of their kindness.

Placed an online order, once we go in there to pick it up they said they canceled it and placed it for tomorrow morning because they closed earlier their sing says closing time 11pm we place the order at 10pm.

First of all, I love BWW! I prefer BWW over Wing Stop or any competitor, I been coming to this specific location since they open due to being 5 minutes away from home and just being able to order to-go, BUT recently portion sizes and staff members messing up orders has been a nightmare, there has been a handful of times were I don't get the correct amount of wings, fries or dipping sauce are missing, I've to drive back multiple times for same issues multiple times, it's BS, us customers shouldn't be concerned about how badly the staff members are in messing up our orders and having to drive back for stuff that should of been there to begin with, secondly, portions are just our control! There has been multiple times where the "boneless wings" are quarter size or bite size! I can say Jack in the Box popcorn chicken is bigger than what they consider "Boneless Wings", this specific location is BAD compared to other locations, avoid coming here! I've been driving to the one in Pasadena or West Covina but totally worth the drive compared to this location.

I'm trying to give this place a chance but I keep being met with disappointment.The wings barely have enough sauce majority of the time. Then when I have asked for extra sauce, generally I am met with annoyance from the workers. I'm including a picture, one of them clearly has a good amount of sauce and the other two barely even have drizzle. Of course the two flavors I liked best.

Who does the hiring?? Because i promise the service is so trash!!!!!! I waited 15 minutes inside while the workers just fooled around in the front. 1 finally shows up and just stares at me doesn't say anything. Left , didn't even bother paying for the food if the service is that trash. Sad.
Great food and great experience!I won’t lie I was a little hesitant about going here based in the reviews, but I was spun 360° once I had their Asian zing wings.Price is a little high but most wing places are around the same price.Costumer service was great! The gentleman at the front explained some of his own favorite sauces and helped me pick one.Can’t wait to go back?

*severe food poisoning* my husband and I were down for three days with the worst stomach bug. Additionally, I always order ahead, they never have my order ready but food is constantly cold. Do not recommend.

This Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' location can be found in the same plaza as Target, specifically next door to Crumbl with parking available. What makes Buffalo Wild Wings GO location different from the regular restaurant is that there is a walk up counter that allows for you to make to go orders and encourages for more to go orders than dine in (although there is one small table and chairs if you do want to eat in, but this location is pretty small). A few months ago, my husband and I had wanted to try this location since we had a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately they were not able to use our gift card for payment because their payment system was down so we decided to leave and try them again some other time.Fast forward to a few weeks ago. We decided to make a to go order and pick up in person. We ended up ordering:Large Potato Wedges, $6.49 prior to tax- A good size portion of this. I liked the seasoning used on the potato wedges. Large Tots, $6.49 prior to tax- This was quite a large portion of tater tots and was pretty tasty. Classic Chicken Sandwich, $5.99 prior to tax- I ordered this for my mom so I did not have this. She ended up eating this the next day and liked it. But she thought it was pretty oily, which was expected. She liked the bun that was used for this sandwich. Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, 5 Piece, $10.99 prior to tax- This chicken was oily, which was expected, but was actually good. The flavor on the batter was good and thought the amount of chicken per chicken tender was a good size. ------------------------------------ (Total= $33.03 after tax)After making our order online, we were given a time that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived a few minutes after 30 minutes and it was ready upon the pick up time. Although it does appear that our food was sitting in their paper containers for a while, the food was good. The potato items and fried chicken tenders were still crisp and not soggy. If I didn't have a gift card, I most likely would not come here. I think the price of food is a little expensive but I feel like that is the going price for food items at similar eateries. Overall, I think this place is fine. I may consider coming back to this location to order their chicken wings in the future (to use up the rest of my gift card).

What type of employee packs food like thisIn duarte and we ask for boneless wings and we didn't we got wings with bones in it, do any employee listen to the customer at that location this is an outrage.??
