Skewers catered for a company that my friend works for. They made Italian food and my friend brought some of the leftovers to my house. I am not lying when I say that it was the best Italian food I have ever had in my life. I could not recommend a better place for catered Italian food.

DELICIOUS FOOD!! Sebastian really saved the day. I called him the afternoon before an event thinking there was no way he would be able to help me. Boy was I wrong. I booked this place for my husband homegoing service and I had never tasted the food...the skewers were very delicious, especially enjoyed the tofu skewers tastey...the owner gave me great suggestions when putting the menu together. Also there was plenty of food with left overs, cant wait to use them again and they delivered which took such a load off...thanks California Skewers
Catered Italian food for a birthday party. These guys are professionals. Ordering process was streamlined and the owner was very receptive to our needs. They showed up on time and the food was delicious. Got a lot of compliments from the guests about how delicious the food was. The setup was great and the staff did a great job of serving the food. They neatly packed the leftovers and cleaned up after them. We will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend this place.

My mom booked this place to cater my bridal shower last Saturday. As an Elite Yelper, I have to be honest and say that I can't talk about how the negotiations for the food went down. I did, however, have a few e-mail exchanges with Sebastian by giving him info on the bridal shower (date, time, approximate count of people). From those exchanges, I can tell you that he was courteous, professional, and he responded very quickly. Come Saturday, 9/24/16, we were informed that the food would be delivered by 12:30pm. The food didn't come until about 1:00 or 1:30, which was fine because the party didn't start until 2pm and us being Filipino, it meant the party didn't really start until like 3:00 or 3:30pm. The delivery guy was fast and set everything up, without even breaking a sweat and it was about 100 degrees outside. He even told us to keep the plastic cover on until right before we're ready to serve the food. We had a Caesar salad, another salad that had kale and apples in it, meatballs, garlic bread, chicken penne with mushrooms, and a ravioli with red sauce. Again, I wasn't the one who decided on the menu so I can't exactly tell you what it was. All I can say was that it was very good. For it being pasta, the sauce wasn't very heavy, which was great. It wasn't over-salted and it had lots of flavor. I really liked the meatballs and the chicken mushroom penne pasta. I really enjoyed the food and would definitely get another event catered by them. There was so much food for 50 people that we had to give away the leftovers. The only downside is that we had to return the chafing dishes back to the caterer in Pasadena. Luckily, I have friends who live close enough to drop it off. If I do have another event catered by them, I would add wait staff so they can take the chafing dishes back.

Catered a company picnic at the Hollywood Bowl. The food was amazing. My favorite was a kale and apple raisin salad. So fresh, so flavorful. I also liked the corn salad and the bean salad. There were fruit skewers, caprese skewers, sandwiches and some of the most incredible hummus I've ever had. The recipe is the owner's mother's secret recipe. Definitely a great restaurant to have a party catered.
