I love this place using my points etc. I want to give an especially big shoutout to toni and Zitlali. They both are always here to cater for me when I want a burger. They definitely need a raise. This carls jr is way nicer than mcdonbarf. This carls has great deala md it helps the wallet for sure Im hurt and csnt cook wrll anymore this helps me out alit. I try to eat salads too and cook chikcen .this is perfect place for great prices easy meal

Great drive-thru service and food was as expected. Prices on the board are a little confusing. You need to remember to order the number of patties and also the size of your combo (sm, med, lrg).

A bit over priced for a combo meal and the patties and the burgers don't taste as good as they used to. I got barbecue sauce one sauce was fine but the second one was bad had a terrible taste and I threw it up.

This was my first time visiting this location.
I went through the drive through and Randy was the one who serviced me. He greeted me and took my order in a respectful and enthusiastic manner. Not to mention, he knew how to upsell. He informed me about a special for one of the items that I was ordering. Thus, I ordered two of the items instead of one.
When I pulled to the window, Randy still had that same kind energy. He was nice and made fun conversation. As someone who really dislikes small talk, it was nice to engage with him.
As a manager myself, I would love to have people like Randy work in my organization.
5/5 stars for Randy in general. 3/5 stars for food because the chicken stars were reallyyy rubbery. N/A for atmosphere as I did drive through.
