Serviced seemed good initially but they forgot 2 small sides when asked if everything was in the bag they said yes, I should’ve checked so it’s on me. When eating the wings I ordered the nashville oil tasted rancid and like concrete dust. It ruined my apetite and i threw them away they were inedible.

This place seems to have gone down considerably! The food & BBQ sauce are delicious but the prices are crazy high for the tiny portions you get. They don't offer specials anymore nor do you get ice cream used to love this place but now I always think twice before going here sadly

The brisket I had was like eating leather. Lots and lots to improve on. The food used to be so much better, and I know you folks can be a lot better. Please work in it bc $25 lunch I paid wasn't nearly worth it. Thank you

The food is great. I had a combo plate with brisket, ribs and sausage as well as a fountain drink. A little pricey, but I would go back for more. Staff was very friendly. It's in a mini mall building, nothing fancy.

Yesterday we were all tired from Halloween decorating and I asked "anyone want Dickey's BBQ? Oh yes. Got brisket and pulled pork, pleased as always. NO leftovers. 😄
Every time I come here to pickup an order for DoorDash or Uber eats it’s always empty and probably I know why. The servers there never greet you, say hi or something; not even a thank you.

This is my families last time eating here. When they were in Pasadena, the same thing cost us barely 50 dollars less than a year ago… Why is this food so expensive now?
Two rib plates that come with two of the tiniest sides and a drink cost 70 bucks? Ridiculous. Also why have paper liner in the container and you still place the bread on the ribs to get soggy???
The man who took my order was nice. Very straight and narrow gentleman, no nonsense, and that’s okay. The food took a little longer than it should’ve, but he acknowledged it and apologized which I was also okay with.
But was the food work $70… absolutely not. I could’ve took my wife out to a restaurant and had an alcoholic beverage, and it would’ve cost about what I paid for tonight and I definitely would’ve got more food and better service. And the card machine asks for tips!? Why are businesses so greedy nowadays?
So disappointing. It looks like they’ve made all their containers smaller too. Not worth the drive to Duarte and wasn’t proud of the money spent. Definitely converting to mom and pops spots in Pasadena…. Rodney’s, and Clifton’s here we come…
