This is a great specialty Italian bakery that's been around for decades. ... Not sure how much longer they'll be able to stay afloat with rising costs, so please patronize them while you can and help keep them going! A treasure.
Walking in the door I was transported back to my youth. A real bakery! You can’t fake that kind of fresh scent. Amazing. And then the desserts. We ordered a rum cake for a special occasion and of course had to have some of their delicious cookies. The best Italian cookies this side of Nonna’s kitchen.This bakery supplies desserts to many of the finer SoCal restaurants. When you taste these, you’ll know exactly.

good baked goods and cookies
It never smells like a bakery. A bakery smells of baked goods in the oven. Aroma filling the store yet nothing as if they bake the pastries n cakes elsewhere? Ordered some brownies never arrived they said they were coming from another store???? I never went back.
Bonny the manager is GREAT! She is super knowledgable she really goes out of her way to have fresh product and she recognizes how daming stale products can be to business. The princess cake is AMAZING!!! Way better then the cake I have gotten at other bakeries.

Princess cake is my all time favorite cake, and Frederico's is the best. I was over the moon happy when my mom was able to order a sheet of it for my birthday party. It turned out beautiful, and tasted wonderful. Many compliments about it from my guests. Thanks Frederico's!
I love the cakes and cookies. We order for our Eagle Scout Court of Honor. The cake is very moist and not so sweet. The custard and cream are so good. A full sheet is more than enough for 100 guess. I will come back for more or any occasional. Highly recommend for group party or work.

This lovely lady is the manager for Federico's Bakery her name is DAGMAR. She seen me having difficulty walking, she said call and I will bring it to your car. I buy a slice of rum cake twice a month, when I come to see my Doctors at City of Hope. God bless her for being so kind.
