I was told by the staff that the toy was the “Lil McDonald’s” one, which is why I bought it. But when I opened it at home, it was a completely different toy. Very disappointing and misleading.

This fast food restaurant has bad management, and then comes the employee following the management bad attitude, passing it out with the customer. They have to start retraining these managers or hiring better one's.

Went thru drive thru and ordered to large sodas. When they were handed to me thru drive thru both sodas were on one side of carrier and they ended up in my lap. The person saw what happened and I said I will pull over to parking space. Myself and drive side of car were covered in soda. Thinking since I said I would pull over someone would come out to CSR to at least bring new drinks, which they did. I had to walk in and talked to the manage. She replaced the sodas and when I asked for a wet cloth to clean up my car since soda is sticky and my shorts were soak and wet it would not be a problem. The manager handed me a stack of napkins and walked away. No one even attempted to walk out to my car and I waited for st least 15 minutes before walking in since my shorts were so wet
