Dude straight up gave my order away to his friends right in front of me and had the audacity to act surprised I didn’t get my order when I went up. I know cuz they came back as I was eating and were laughing together. Also they gave me the nastiest amount of mayo on my food. Like mayo soup.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Severely understaffed and horrible customer service, takes forever to order and get your order.
I went to get McCracken. And the cashier took my order wrong. I went to tell them the manager Julio get mad. He get my order and throw away to trash with really bad attitude. I pay for american cheese and I went to tell them. He get mad again. Really bad service... ? ? ?

They are so rude at almost every McDonald's it seems like. And I totally understand it has to be frustrating working with customers that are constantly trying to get free food. But not everyone complaining is a scammer. Sometimes they make no sense. Like when I bring back the incorrect food. Clearly I'm not trying to get a free meal out of them when I am bringing back the incorrect food. If I was trying to get free food I would have eaten the incorrect food and then tried to get the replacement. Sometimes they need to think about the situation from a very logical way (the gray area)

I've been to McDonald's in 6 different countries and this one is my favourite, as far as the food goes.I asked for extra pickles, it's the first time I've actually got a ton of extra pickles! It was glorious.The fries were also piping hot, something that is rarely ever experienced at McDonald's.It's not the prettiest, fanciest or biggest, but the food is spot on ?
