Amazing food. It’s nothing out of the ordinary but everything just tastes like more effort was put into it. If you’re into offal the tripas(intestine) is excellent. Not something as common as carnitas but definitely delicious. Tripas can be soggy sometimes or fried too long that they become chewy. This one is just right. If you’re a fan of liver it’s the business. Not the prettiest dining room so it’s not date night material but absolutely great for a casual lunch. These people are cooking great food. Give em a shot.
