The food is always good but corpo literally needs to have to get their shit together and deal with the lack of workers. Had a long wait time due to the lack of people working despite ordering on the app in advance, which happens every time I visit this location and the others in the area. The available staff were very kind and hard working.

They are always super slow. I ordered my food when their was only 2. Cars in the stall and I got my food 25 minutes later. They said they did it in order but a guy pulled up next to me when I was waiting for already at least 10min and got his food at the same time I did. They are not organized and they don’t care at all. I tried to order a slush also and tried to add it to the order. The lady said someone will bring my food to help and the lady came out to bring my food and pressed the red button on my stall and told me to wait again. Absolutely Horrendous!!!! And the food was cold.

Reply to the owner,… sorry not going to accept a copy paste message. This happens too many times at this location. Fix your staff!!!

Hello. Thanks for the reply and 3 years later I got an order and a second order 1 min later because I forgot the condiments. I placed the second order and on the app it showed my original order was done 10 min before it came out. My second order was ready after several min. But it never came out with the first order. I told the server and it came nearly 20 min after. My first order was a smash burger and my second order was a mozzarella sticks. When I got my second order now my first order was cold and even worst the second order was ice cold. They forgot about me. I het the red button when the car next to me came and left. I don’t order here much but it always seems to disappoint.

We spent $50 on a chicken meal, loaded tots, footling coney, mozzarella sticks, & 3 small drinks... Will not be back!!! 😞 The tots barely had toppings as well as the footlong, chicken was rubbery,, and they forgot one of the drinks in the beginning... Not to mention it took 30mins just to get our food

Googlogaga Baddie

I ordered a large fry, and it was like a small compared to other places. Also it took very very long to get out food. We were waiting for like 40 minutes just to get fries that couldn’t even be considered “large”. Medium at most. If that’s the large fry, I’m thinking the small is like 2 fries. Guy serving was nice, but it took WAY too long. And we were the last ones in that parking space too btw. Everyone else got it first but idk if that’s cus they were there first or not, but it still look very long for a very disappointing “meal”. It’s now been a little while and I can’t go eat anything because I’m stuck in savers with my mom and grandma. My stomach is growling because your meal size is way too small.

Been coming here for YEARS and never had an issue. On August 2, 2025 I went through the drive thru and accidentally left my CC behind. The following morning I received a notification from my CC app stating my card had been used that morning. Luckily it was declined and no purchase was authorized. I called the establishment to let them know I had left my CC with the cashier that night and was told by the manager SETH that the card had “been returned to the owner” by another manager JULIANA. They “returned” the card to someone that was clearly not me. No proof of identification was asked to be provided to confirm the identity of said owner. They said that someone came and stated they were me and even knew the color of my CC. How is this even possible if the only people who knew about this were the cashier that night and myself. I have already called customer service twice and have gotten nowhere in resolving this situation. How is this okay? I will be contacting them again and if I can’t get a response soon I will pursue legal action.

Sonic in Duarte on Huntington has officially mastered disappointment: awful food, drinks with maybe one cube of ice, and service that moves in slow motion. Owner, don’t reply with excuses—you’ve had years to get this right.
