There were not too many customers ahead of us, wait wasn't too bad, we had our coffe within 10 minutes, the thing I didn't like is when my son asked to use his app to pay for the coffe with the points earned, the lady at the counter gave my son a dirty look rolling her eyes like they don't like when a customer uses their earned points.

Always giving you a hard time if you dont order on the app 20 minutes ahead. I dont want an old crappy drink for 9 dollars a pop. Have you ever had a frappuccino thats been sitting there? Why if I order at the window is it fine but if I order on the app BEFORE I get to the window, its not enough time? I dont blame the staff, but it is some dumb bs and this store is particularly gnarly about it.

Extremely horrible service. I walked in and asked to use the bathroom. The lady was extremely rude & told me it was out of service & to go to city haul. After I left to use the restroom, I came back to order & there were people in line for the restroom. I asked why they just told me I couldn’t use it & the guy said you have to order something which I was going to do that’s why I came there. Horrible service. You guys should put an only for paying customers sign on the bathroom instead of lying and saying it’s out of order & assuming people aren’t going to buy coffee!
