Whoever was the shift lead in the evening on Nov 1, 2024 was absolutely phenomenal. So knowledgeable about coffee and had wonderful customer service. My dad and I are both incredibly pleased! Thank you for being so kind and chatting with us while we waited for my dad's pour-over to finish brewing 🧡💚
I rarely go through the drive-through since the line in the morning is so long which I understand. But the last two times they both got my orders wrong!!! I ordered ice coffee without sugar or cream this morning, and they gave me one with sugar. ? ?
I think the one who served us a filipino.. He told us “walang anuman” Because my auntie told him …”maraming salamat! And were are so surprised..Godbless!! Hope to comeback soon..!
