Good workers i got the half pounder sandwich it was really good used the app got 40% off paid like $9.00. I don't remember but definitely less than $9.50.

Abhorrent in all regards. The other nearby subway (Buena Vista) isnt good either but unless you absolutely despise yourself go to that one. The only drink you can get here that is health conscious is diet pepsi. Yes. Pepsi. They dont even bother to put out iced tea. They regularly dont have ingredients you want. And to top it all off, the staff will always, without fail, have a bad attitude. Its been this way for years and I expect it to be this way until they go out of business someday.

Made order incorrectly and the store wasn’t busy… I had to wait an additional 7 min after the app said my order was ready

Started with the bathroom not being open employee states “not open for public use” well for someone who was going to pay for the subway anyways that’s not a good start i was tempted to just eat at starbucks located a store over. After I made a few sandwiches at the end veggies fell out of the sandwich instead of fixing it and putting the veggies back in she just wrapped it how it was the bread and cheese tasted old and there was only one employee working.

This establishment picks and chooses what coupons they want to honor. They also increase prices from their listed prices when coupons are being utilized. Not good practices for business.

On May 15, 2025 I had an order that was duplicated. I was not able to cancel online. I called the store and one of the servers was able to guide me through the app however I was not able to cancel. She could’ve hanged up and attended her customers in person, but she didn’t. She waited patiently on the phone with me. She was very patient waiting for me to login. Was not able to cancel order went in store and the server was able to help me and cancel my order through her supervisor over the phon. They have good customer service i’m very patient. I was grateful.

Order was incorrect they gave me a pepsi when i ordered something else and i can’t drink pepsi due to it containing phosphorus. They also didn’t give me the chips i ordered. And didn’t provide ham which is what i ordered. Smh and they cant answer the phone.

Did 2 online orders and my entire order is wrong. I don't think the the guy even reads what you ordered and does whatever he wants. All 4 subs are wrong. My daughter has food allergies and he put stuff in it that she is allergic to, so she stays with no sub thanks to this guy. Once we picked up our orders the worker gave an attitude and throws you the food. Seems like he doesn't want to work. Last time we go to this subway. Too bad I didn't get his name. But he is working right now @2:30 on Thurs January 23 2025. If you can just go to the ones on Huntington better service on both stores than this one. I called a few times after we saw that our order is wrong but nobody answers the phone.

I'm avid subway lover and had the worst subway experience in this place by far.
1) Online order not even started when I arrived 15min after the promised ready-time.
2) Telling me the meat on my ordered sub is not available
3) Refusing to replace my ordered sub to similar value, saying only lower ones are available (sub that was $2 lower than what I ordered)
4) Very very thin sub - probably 1/2 to 1/3 meat & veggie compared to what I usually get from other subway stores
The young server working there had very bad attitude and worst service I received at subway by far. This place has meat section covered so that it is not visible to customer which meat is available and how much they are putting it into the sub - I have not seen this in any other subway stores. This is first and last time I'm ordering in this place.

What's the point in ordering ahead of time place an order 50 minutes prior to be able to pick up at 11:20 it's 11:40 still no sandwich poor time management won't be coming here during lunch time or ordering ahead for that matter.

The indian dude has the worst customer service, I won't say what i want to say. But the dude working here, got his airpods in, says 'what' everytime he didn't understand with an attitude. My last time coming here

At 12:40 There was Indian guy with no manners and did not allow one customer to use restroom and spoke rudely this is how subway employees treat their customers
