ordered the char burger no onion no pickles add white cheese and teriyaki at around 11:40 today. waited a good ten minutes for the food. got back to work to eat and the order was wrong. no teriyaki, I can live with that, but had grilled onions. drive back and they tried to redo my burger. took about 20 minutes I went and asked about my burger. the lady grabs a random burger and hands it to me.... the order is still wrong. looks like they scraped the onions off and added more...read full review
