Veggie burger is terrible. Besides the soft mushy texture and lack of flavor it was severed cold. That paired with the terrible customer service was enough for me to request a refund for which I was denied. The woman offered to remake the burger, but I didn’t want a new burger I wanted my money back.

Your AL Service when you call is horrible!!! She doesn't understand anything! She just repeats like a robot! I want to deal with a human not AI. The l a st time I ordered you got my order wrong. I wanted to check to make sure you added cheese which you didn't the last time plus the meat party was burnt. Bad service
