The Old Spaghetti Factory

Our reservation was for 4pm. We were seated quickly, and the server took our order. Our soup and salads came out fast, but it took 30 minutes to get our food. We feel the server forgot to put our order in as food was being delivered to other tables that had ordered way after us.

My first time at this location food was very good.The back story of this place being a old school and may be haunted gave way to good conversation.

I admit I haven't been to this location. But I just gave a mini mart close to my new home AKA bunk three stars. I wanted to give it one star. I hope you understand! I love this franchise so much. I go there for the clam sauce spaghetti. If I could be born all over again I'd be a married lady, a proper lady, who goes to The Old Spaghetti Factory and operahouses. I have yet to go to The LA Opera. Wish me luck. Going once or a few times is better than none. If you're young and rich yet feel a little lost in life, go to this restaurant every week! I love your life, richie! Don't neglect to shape a beautiful lifestyle around your new money, my friend!

Old spaghetti factory went downhill, at least this location. Salad was wilted, and pasta tasteless and undercooked, like a bowl of paste. Only 2 things that were fair: fresh bread and spumoni ice cream. Wish I could give zero stars for food and service.

I only give a 4 for the food because the blt salad, add chicken had chicken that tasted as if all the flavor had been boiled away.

Ordered for pickup and then was kept waiting 20 min past estimated pickup time. Server that asked me about my pickup never let me know my food was ready. Wasn’t until someone who just started their shift to give me my food that had been sitting there getting cold.

Melted ice cream and lukewarm food. Also, one of the meals was missing the bread loaf and butter. No utensils even though we requested in order.

Only good thing was getting the “free size upgrade” on the salad but it’s only because they ran out the appropriate container size sooo yeah.

Disappointed with this experience because every other time has been decent. For what I paid I deserved better.

The server was the best in a long time of servers period. But the hostes were rude. Food was good but not the best I have had from this establishment.

Very beautiful location! I love the history preserved here. The food and service were amazing, we especially loved the bread 😂

We've been severel times, the mizrithra cheese butter whatever noodles dish is particularly delicious!!

Being a family restaurant, this place was pretty overrun by kids. It was very noisy, but not overwhelming.

The food came out quick, was hot, and very tasty. The bread was hot, and of course, the pasta was good.

Why come here over any other italian pasta restaurant? Gotta be for the brown butter and mizithra cheese sauce. 👍

This is my favorite Italian restaurant.
It is consistently good, with first class ingredients, delicious food, nice environment.
I highly recommend it

When arriving to o.s.f. I did not feel welcome by the servers in the main entrance. No smile, or a hello. They just asked how many people?.. and they seemed bothered.
Once we ordered and got our food the waitress gave us our plates instead of putting the plates on the table for us. Especially knowing that some of the plates were too hot to handle too my kids..I ordered a ceaser salad and was disappointed. It was a very small portion and it didn't look like a ceaser salad at all. I gave a note to the server to sing happy birthday to my daughter and her team took very long to stop by and sing. I almost walked out because I was getting tired of waiting. The o.s.f. was not busy at all so I don't know why we were waiting so long. This is my first and last visit.
