Their ambience is fun-spirited, their nostalgic decor is museum-grade quality, their dishes are delicious, their prices are fair, and their service staff, especially Matteo, was PERFECT! I haven't been to an Old Spaghetti Factory in many years. It felt nostalgic and the food was still good. I'm not sure if our server was having a bad day, but she was rushed and disinterested. Hopefully her evening got better. The wait was about 40 minutes on a busy Saturday night so that wasn't a big deal. If I'm in the area, I will most likely go again.

I told the waitress I was torn between two pasta dishes: the tortellini and the shrimp fettuccine. Ultimately, I settled on the fettuccine, but there seemed to be a misunderstanding, as she brought me the regular fettuccine instead. Despite this, the pasta was still enjoyable.When it came time to settle the bill, we requested to split it three ways, each paying for our own meal. However, the waitress only took two of our cards and assumed my friend and I wanted to split the cost evenly, giving a separate check to our other friend. Despite our repeated apologies and polite demeanor throughout the ordeal, it seemed she wasn't very pleased with us.

I was invited to a lunch with my senior ladies, who make hand made items for hospice patients.I was pleased with our waiter Erick, who single handedly took care of over 30 ladies orders. He was very attentive to our orders & refilled our drinks & bread without asking.I had their meat sauce w pasta, it was almost as good as my own!I plan on coming back with my mother & stepdad soon.

Food is always consistent and good. Long wait to get in, even with lots of empty tables. There were not enough seats to sit in while waiting, so we tried to sit at a table in the bar area. Bartender said we couldn't sit there as people were going to be seated there (they never were). I'm thinking they're under staffed (who isn't these days? ) Waitress brought meal before salad (she was probably overloaded). I'd still go back as it's a good restaurant.

The restrooms are in the basement. This is bad, but explains why I could smell them from the main dining area above (they must of forgot about them and haven’t bothered to clean them in awhile). My dinner arrived after the other three in my party were finished eating. I ordered a salad. The table on our right had issues with the bill. The table on our left was comped three meals because they were cold. I don’t really blame the wait staff for poor service as he had his hands full and is just trying to make a buck. Other than that it was a good experience.
