Customer service has gone down the drain. Management should consider training people from bakery to meat department. This is the only store I shop at and sad to see the rude employees.

I love this whole foods in Dublin this is one of my absolute favorite whole foods to stop by in the Bay area it's just always have everything in stock that I'm looking for and last time I was even able to stock up on an item that I haven't been able to find any of the whole foods recently so thank you very much. I appreciate the helpfulness of the employees customer services outstanding.

Best in Quality and best selection of European cheese. Olive oil, Balsamic is superb. Produce and Fruits are fresh and competitively priced...
Fresh Bread is good... however prices are up...well beyond 20%. The Rye bread or other grain selection is limited to poor. Mostly only fresh baked or packed mass produce wheat bread.
Salad and ready to eat on the go is good quality and freshly cooked. Summer fruits are fresh and ripe. The Smoked Salmon selection and choices are plenty including Frozen and Fresh Smoked as well. Meat section has all the choices... Any cut any type. Also they have fresh sausages good for delicacy and BBQ.
Wine selection is great but similar wines are cheaper at other speciality stores.

I love this whole! Great to go food. Sometimes it could be very busy, but I never have to wait for too long. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially Katie at the cashier, she is very nice and always greeting with smile every time I see her.

Unhappy with my shopping experience. Overall the staff is kind of rude especially when checking out. I felt unwelcomed at the situation with my card. For some reason my.card had an extra security feature in the checkout process so it acted out as declined. The cash register person was really rude. And transfered me to another area. My recommendation is if you're going to have employees at the cash register, please don't hire rude or careless people working the registers. It definitely ruined my day
