Applebees has always been better served fresh down south. This Applebees restaurant here in Dublin sucks!!! The service was awful and the food was basic. The food was burnt but yet cold(make that make sense) . My husband asked our waitress 5x for a Pepsi and she finally brought one out when he paid the bill. We were a party of 6. I would like to think the hostess tried to warn us but we didn’t get what she was saying until we all got in the car. Well AppleBees you all were a bust.The restaurant was not busy nor crowded.

I came here Friday for dinner and had terrible service from the manager,diana. My kids hadn’t got their food so i asked to speak to the manager, after about 15 minutes of waiting she finally comes to speak to me. She was completely rude and didnt solve the problem nor apologized for anything. I will not be returning as long as she works here.

This review is for the Hayward location, which is the most recent visit. Arrived before dinner rush, before 4pm. Several tables were empty, mostly at the bar, but still made to wait 1/2 hour. In addition, it took a while for someone to acknowledge me to place my name on the wait list, even though a few employees stopped at the host station. Food was good but most likely will not be back to the Hayward location.
I had a good time there the food was good a nice chill atmosphere and our waiter I think his name was chris, Chris if you read this you did a helluva job very respectful and pays attention, he knew exactly what to do and when to do it I tip my hat to you chris.
All the food came out on time everything was hot everything was delicious better experience this time.
