Dublin location has no tapatio hot sauce, all other locations have it; this is essential for raw oysters, I didn't other oysters because of this. Other than this, this place is good.

Looking to satisfy your seafood boil cravings? There's a Bag O Crab in Dublin! Choose your own seafood or a Combo and select your favorite sauce and spice level. The spice levels actually have some heat to it here too. If you're not looking to get your hands dirty, try one of their Fried Baskets (the chicken tenders were very juicy) or can never go wrong with Chicken Wings (the batter is so good on their fried items). We may have gone a bit overboard on ordering Fries, but worth it. They're the type of fries where once you try one, you can't stop eating them.
This franchise bag o crab is the best out of all of them .. seriously hands down!!!!

On a Sunday around 5 PM my friends and I, a group of about four in total, decided we needed to have bag o crab, and after finding a parking spot, relatively close, we were almost immediately seated as soon as we sat down. My favorite thing about all of the bag o crab locations is that it never takes too long for them to steam the food in the bag. My friends and I also found out recently that you don’t need to have the seasoning in the bag. As amazing as their food is, the oily seasoning always messes with our stomachs, so being able to order this on the side with a lifesaver! The food came out quickly and everything was absolutely delicious. Not to mention our server was very attentive. My one and only gripe is that we did have a few flies flying around, it’s like one of my major pet peeves, but I do understand that you cannot control every element inside of your restaurant. Their bathroom is relatively small, but it was very clean when I went inside. Can’t wait to go back to this location!

Come to America for a trip, I really recommend eating here! The place is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the service is great. Even when it’s crowded, they check on you and give you wet wipes. We ordered Combo 3 with lemon pepper sauce and added one pound of shrimp and a plate of 6 oysters. First, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands nicely. Then I put on a bib and gloves. When I opened the bag, I saw two corns, four potatoes, and four big sausages. There were about 10 shrimp soaking in yummy sauce. And wow, a crab bigger than my face! One pound had about 12 shrimp. My friend and I shared everything and ate it all! Each of us got half a Dungeness crab. I ate the claw meat in a fancy way. The portion was just right, and I was about 80% full, still feeling elegant. In the end, I couldn’t stop licking the sauce off my fingers. I ate every bit of it!

Ive been going to the san leandro location since i live about 5 mins away, this is my 5th or maybe 6th time out to the dublin location, and i can say this location does not miss. Food and sauce has been consistent every single time unlike SL location. Service is whatever, nothing too outstanding but they do take care of you and make sure youre good throughout the entire course of meal. id take the extra 18 min drive to eat at this location anyday, plus they have fountain drinks!!
Seriously the workers were super friendly, everyone was smiling and willing to work. I accidentally dropped my lobster cracker and before I could get to it a worker had it in their hand and another grabbed me a new one. They were on it! Food was delicious and hott.

This place should learn more from The Boiling Crab in San Jose. Even though this place is close to me I’d rather drive to San Jose where The Boiling Crab is much better. Better service, better food, better price.
