Ive been going to the san leandro location since i live about 5 mins away, this is my 5th or maybe 6th time out to the dublin location, and i can say this location does not miss. Food and sauce has been consistent every single time unlike SL location. Service is whatever, nothing too outstanding but they do take care of you and make sure youre good throughout the entire course of meal. id take the extra 18 min drive to eat at this location anyday, plus they have fountain drinks!!

Seriously the workers were super friendly, everyone was smiling and willing to work. I accidentally dropped my lobster cracker and before I could get to it a worker had it in their hand and another grabbed me a new one. They were on it! Food was delicious and hott.

This place should learn more from The Boiling Crab in San Jose. Even though this place is close to me I’d rather drive to San Jose where The Boiling Crab is much better. Better service, better food, better price.

I witnessed one of the most disgusting displays of racial profiling at this establishment. A group of Black men was singled out and forced to pay before dining, while non-Black customers were treated with basic dignity and allowed to pay afterward. When the video surfaced, the comment section was flooded with vile, racist responses—and Bag O’ Crab let them stand without a word.
Their so-called apology was weak and performative. If you allow racism in your policies, and then allow open white supremacy in your comment section, you’re not sorry—you’re complicit.
This isn’t just a bad look. It’s dangerous. I wouldn’t feel safe spending a single dollar here, and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a business that clearly doesn’t value Black lives—or basic human decency.
Do better, Bag O’ Crab. But don’t expect support from the communities you humiliate.

Although the food is delicious. My fiance and me went yesterday at night & the service we received was not it. We had to ask if we can order already, they never asked us what we wanted to drink. They brought the food and no gloves no napkins nothing!! The service was horrible. We came to have dinner for a reason! But we didn't even enjoyed it at all. Then I asked for garlic butter and yet Leo never brought it. He keep talking to his co workers then my fiance asked him hey where's the garlic butter? And he said oh sorry, yet another 5min went by and nothing then he sees us staring at him while was just standing there talking to his coworker (again) he went and brought me just BUTTER !! Not even garlic butter. My food was cold by the time he brought out just the butter. I was so disappointed as the previous week we had went we had a wonderful time. Im not saying this place sucks because it doesn't. I'm saying that If your server is Leo you're in for a bad service.
Why would your server tell them that? Was she evening working she had her purse on her back. Maybe she needs to speak better before discriminating against others. Why would she not give a valid reason for wanting them to pay but not the white people ? You need to fire her. You need to apologize to the customers. You must not need business or money. The food was subpar to say the least. I got the fish Poboy, my son got the fish and chips, my other son got the lemon pepper wings with the lemon pepper fries. He at least enjoyed his food. I chose the garlic fries. The fish, the fries, all bland. The fish is fake meat. It’s not even real fish. It’s some type of processes smashed together - I’m not really sure what to call it. It had no seasoning and was over fried. The plain fries taste like they were dipped in eggs and then deep fried. The food is just blah not worth the price and there are so many other choices out there .

We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!

We ordered Combo 4, and overall, it was a good experience. The oysters were big and delicious, and the dungeon’s crab and shrimp were both great. The wings were tasty, and the service was solid. The crawfish and clams were just okay, but the seafood coming in a bag was a wow factor—it added a fun twist to the meal but was a bit difficult to dig through. Worth a try if you’re in the mood for a seafood feast!
