Bagels are delicious. Customer service is less desirable. Not sure if it was the language barrier or the woman being mean. They tend to use the statement “I don’t speak/understand English.”
My order was wrong and after review of comments on Google, this is a normal practice at this bagel shop.
The two women are always talking between themselves and not focusing on your order. The next time I patronize this shop I’m going to take a little card made by my kindergartener that clearly indicates what type of bagel 🥯 I want to order.

First of all, the bagels are amazing and tasty. Secondly, the service is really quick. I’m impressed with the lady who takes orders as she remembers the incoming ones while executing the requested ones at the same time. 😁 A great place for breakfast & brunch.

The bagels a great and the gentleman was very nice when checking out but the women that take your order aren’t as friendly as him.
Ive came multiple times to order here and the women are just not friendly at all doesn’t matter the day nor the time sadly.

If you like bagels, you had better hurry to Bagel Street Cafe! Their bagels fly out the door or get made into tasty sandwiches all the time. I’ve only been there once, but, trust me…I’ll be back. There are sooooo many bagel flavors to try! Their sandwich choices all sound good and there are lots of them to try. Oh! I shouldn’t forget to mention the other pastries that are available! They look great and the one my friend and I tried was well worth the calories. It’s not a fancy place but between the wonderful staff and the great food, it’s well worth the drive. Better hurry though! They’re going fast!!
