Today was my tenth visit to Baithak in the past four months. Since its opening, I’ve been consistently impressed by the delectable awadhi cuisine from Lucknow. It’s a must-visit for food enthusiasts like me, who are particularly discerning about taste, and this place truly hits the spot.
Five star. Baithak is my go to in Dublin for truly Punjabi cooking at heart and the most attentive dining room team in town. Servers are always in motion, refilling, checking spice, making sure plates land hot. The food hits deep. Chicken Methi is silky with fenugreek warmth. Dum Mutton falls apart and carries a slow build of whole spice. Garlic Naan is the best I have had to date anywhere, puffed, blistered, loaded with garlic butter.
