Wonderful experience! After the Baskin-Robbins in San Ramon said it was too late to place a custom cake order (on a Friday for a Sunday party), Paul at Baskin-Robbins in Dublin was so kind to accommodate us, by doing the cake himself! We are so grateful and will happily give Baskin-Robbins in Dublin all our future business. :)

I love the taste of Ice Cream at Baskin Robbins. Me and my family come here just for the mood and taste of Ice Cream cause we like Ice Cream a lot. Every time I go there I just can't ever change flavors man. I always get the fresh Very Berry Strawberry Ice Cream which is my most favorite Ice Cream and for the past 20 years of my life coming to the place, it has been the best Ice Cream place for me to go to for taste and casualness. I enjoy everything there is such as the food, comfort, the atmosphere, service and the very lucky opportunity for me to meet the business owner of the place. I also like their Cookies and Cream flavor too. There is an opportunity, a time and place to try new things at Baskin. I'll try something new next time and get the hang of those flavors.

This shop is the absolute worst, I arrived at 11:15 and the shop is closed when advertised it opens at 10, the guy inside then waved to me and said wait 2 min, now 25 min later he is still saying just give me a second. Previously I bought a shake from here. The owner filled it up literly half the way and tired to fill the rest up with whipping crème. When I mentioned to him that this is supposed to be filled up, he put a bit more milk and said “because your a good guy I’ll help you out and im doing your a favor” like what?????, I’m paying $12 for this shake. This shop is genuinely horrible the owner will just straight up lie to your face.

I went for some ice cream, but ended up leaving with some sort of chocolate mousse pie! My little toddler keeps talking about the owner every time we drive by lol I guess he made her feel at home. Brought her back today and she opened the refrigerator and chose a pie lol. really nice inside. We like it.

There's a new owner as of a week ago, and he seems happy as can be to sling ice cream. He greeted every customer with excitement. Some people have the talent to make your day better with a few words; and he's one of them. I couldn't help but be happy for him, too.

Went looking for some butter pecan which is a difficult flavor to find around here, and although Baskin Robbins isn’t the greatest ice cream in the world, they’re usually the only place I can find my beloved Southern flavor. Walked in right behind some White lady as some Indian guy, I assume was the owner/operator was tending to a vendor. Man paused his business with the vendor to accommodate the lady, however upon taking her order and fulfilling her request, thinking I would be next, the owner/operator requests that I wait and proceeds to complete his business with the vendor. Not certain what was so different about me than the subsequent customer that I had to wait and she did not, but I just left. He didn’t have butter pecan anyway nor much of anything else.

So sad. ? This location doesn't participate in the 31% off discount days. Apparently, all locations are individually owned so it's up to the owners as to whether they want to participate in discounts being offered by Corporate.

Dirty establishment. Has trash outside dripping with garbage water. Saw owner freaking out at someone with a toddler because he was smoking well away from his store. Overheard him calling the police and lying about a gun. This owner is veryy unhinged
