Great place for the whole family
Wow - very poor ownership and customer service, merely being carried by their food. I came here for a birthday lunch with a few friends and we were treated with one of the most poor customer service experiences. There was confusion within the staff and I witnessed the chef yelling at the cashier (Jennifer) about misunderstanding an order, the cashier did not hear my order correctly and then proceeded to blame me about it/indicating that I was lying to her, a batch of fries came out severely undercooked and they did not care, and they forgot one order which we had to remind them about.
As a party we easily gave them $300+ worth of business, and they did not show one ounce of care to make sure we were accommodated.
All in all, this restaurant has potential, but they are clearly not equipped to handle a semi-large party or are trained with basic customer service 101 skills.

I wish I can say the food here was good. We went to the Cupertino location a lot and were super happy when this location was opening but it is just not the same. The chicken is just not flavored the same, it’s just not right. One of my favs were the chicken Alfredo pasta. I tried it twice because I thought maybe the first time was a hoax, but both times there was this weird extra sweetness to the pasta that I did not have with the other locations. Really sad.

Decided to go on my lunch on a Saturday. Would have liked to ordered something just for lunch but the whole menu is piece by piece pricing. No meals or combos. It's just myself so 8 wings are a bit much for me and for 18.00 for 8 wings (which is the smallest order) then having to pay separate for a side or drink.....my meal would have been almost 30 dollars. Too expensive. Maybe if the have combos or meals this place would be more feasible to most peoole who just want a quick bite to eat.
Passing by i saw the new restaurant. Just called BBQ chicken. I had no idea it was a Korean style. So my wife and I decided to go there during her lunch. We ordered the Gangham style chicken and bulgogi rice bowl. Everything was delishioso!!! For sure coming back to try other flavors!

Went on for a pick up order. Clean place, the staff greeted. Brought the chicken home. Has the Galbi, absolute no flavor. Tasted like when I had covid and lost my senses.
Cheese wings didn't look like the picture at all. We both rated it on the same level or worse as KFC.
And of course...the short black hair on my wings. Disgusting.

Good food and service. Had a Kimchi Rice Bowl with cheese with a side of Cheesling fries. The rice bowl was pretty good. Came with a nice over-easy egg, so the yolk was great to mix with the rice. It came with a side of awesome pickled daikon radish.
The Cheesling Fries were interesting. Never had anything like it. The cheese powder has a nice sharp funk to it and went well with the sweet sauce that was also lightly applied to the top of the fries.

I declare this restaurant serves the best Korean BBQ chicken in town—and possibly the entire county! This was my first visit, and I got takeout. Even after a 20-minute drive, the food was still incredibly fresh.
The chicken, while perfectly doused in Gang Jeong sauce, was still juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They've truly worked some kind of magic on it! It's a huge challenge to create the perfect taste and texture for Korean fried chicken, but they have absolutely mastered it. Other Korean restaurants should take note.
The tteok-bokki was also delicious, with a perfect mix of fish cake, cabbage, and onion. The texture of the rice cake was just right for me. My only small wish is that they would offer different spice levels.
My only criticism isn't about the food, but the confusing store layout. The space in front of the cash register doesn't allow for a proper line. There's only room for one group directly in front of the register because of a dining table placed right next to it. I had to wait awkwardly to the side. The utensil station is also in a strange spot, requiring people to cut in front of the register. I'd suggest creating a clear path from the door to the register and moving the utensils to a more convenient spot.

I have heard lots of good things about this place so I am so excited one opened near me. Staff was very nice and helpful and the utensils are self-service (including napkins and gloves), which is great!
For me the only minor issue I had was that the wings didnt have as much sauce as I prefer and some wings had more sauce than others. Still an excellent place for KFC if youre in the mood.

Come on… this is not Cheesling.. Totally different than menu photo (and actual cheesling in Korea). I know you guys want to saving some sauce but this is just regular fried chicken.

As native Korean, I know this chicken franchise is very famous in Korea and I have a good dining experience even in LA for bbq chicken. However, for this place, chicken is not crispy and it seems they provided chicken, which was fried some hours ago, in addition it is definitely lack in quality of chicken itself. When I communicate with cashiers for ordering, some staffs suddenly interfered our communication to find something, which is frustrating experience as customer. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

Got half original half hot and spicy fried chicken. Also order soy garlic wings and rose tteboki. Food was awesome and wait wasn’t too bad.
