Service was great. Ross really cares. Had some hiccups with the food but it was quickly fixed. Great food, service, and ambience.

Even though we had a reservation we showed up and we're told we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes the same wait another day tomorrow before they were telling everyone that walked in the door. Our server was so overworked that his attention to us was atrocious not his fault restaurant management fault, but it was not good

Our waitress (Bridget) provided excellent customer service. She was prompt with our needs and plan out food very well. Enjoyed the great service.

They could not find a good substitute for their quinoa brown rice mix in a dish when though we were assured of only brown rice as one. The chicken tortilla soup was very salty and it felt like what we got was the scrapings from the bottom of the pot....the pizookies were extremely dry and hard, stacked upon one another and very unappetizing!

Worst dining experience. Service was extremely slow. Ordered 2 entrees and a starter salad. Entrees arrived before starter salad. Steak sides were incorrect and pizza was cold. Informed server and waited, waited, and waited and then asked another server for help. She mentioned that she would inform manager. Not once did manager stop by table. Finally pizza arrived hot, but given time and lack of concern from staff, requested bill. Bill dropped off with salad that was never served. Had to ask to have it removed. Server offered dessert, but we declined. Dessert wasn’t going to correct all the mistakes that were made nor time that we lost dining in this establishment. Paid bill in full and stopped by hostess stand to speak with manager. Just wanted to inform them of terrible service and quality of food. Manager was in hostess stand, but too busy to hear our concerns. I didn’t want to waste anymore time. It was obvious that they don’t care about your dining experience here in Dublin. Very disappointing.
UPDATE- shortly after my visit, I reached out to corporate office and received a $40 store courtesy card. I redeemed the card for a take-out order. I figured it’s better off that we take it home. Food was mediocre and takeout service wasn’t great either. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this establishment.

We walked out because of management. We sat down and our waitress took our order in a reasonable time. She was friendly. It took a while for our drinks to arrive but my mother's martini was wrong. We sent it back and she apologized. Our waitress never came back. Anther table was waiting for their bill for a while. They had to flag down anther waitress. We overheard that our waitress was in the office with the manager. Still our food or drink did not come out. We have been there for 50 minutes. The second waitress asked a supervisor/manger for help and he said no and she delt with the other table. After a while he comes to ask us if we are doing ok. We tell him our issues. He didn't apologize just went to go get the drink, which was incorrect again. We said at that point we wanted to pay for the 2 drinks that we had and leave. He once again didn't apologize or showed any kind of interest in us and said just go ahead and leave. We don't blame the associates they were trying their best but how the managers handle our issues was horrible. That management team does not support their staff.

First of all thank to wonderful server prianha(sorry not sure about the name, but sounds like Rihanna). She was excellent and courteous. She should really get a raise👍. We mostly ordered appetizers and it was delicious. Drinks were great. (Just one suggestion- food was not hot as we wanted)Thank you.

I’ve been coming to this location over the years and the quality of service has always been average in my experience, but today we had a truly excellent experience with Brian. He is one of the kindest people I’ve met and created a very joyful experience for us. We occasionally like going to BJs for late night snacks/dessert/drinks because they have good deals and are open very late. Thanks to Brian for an enjoyable date night for my husband and I!

If you have a take out order, good luck. The ladies at the takeout station are so rude they don’t even answer your “Hello”. They actually look at you like you are bothering. Please, don’t go to take out and bother them do to their job 🤫
