Poor performance from the staff. The mistakes were bearable until the food came out overcooked. I feel our server tried his best but unfortunately messed up numerous times and was overly apologetic. Our bill was over 100$, and my partner and I left disappointed.

We’ve always loved BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse — it’s one of our favorite places and we go there often. However, today we had a very disappointing experience.
We had just left the club and were not dressed up, but of course we had every intention — and the means — to pay for our meal, as we always do. After dining and paying, we were walking to our car when a server (not the one who had helped us during the meal) followed us outside and asked if we had paid the bill.
It was embarrassing and upsetting. Our actual server quickly confirmed that we had indeed paid, but the other server just said “sorry” and walked away without any further explanation or acknowledgment of the situation.
This experience left us deeply saddened and disrespected. My husband told him that we would never return, and honestly, we don’t know if we will. We expected better from a place we’ve supported and enjoyed for so long.

A truly disappointing experience. We had a reservation for 8:45 PM and arrived slightly late, trying to call ahead but couldn’t get through. On arrival at 8:53, we were asked to wait — which I was completely fine with, given we were late.
What was most surprising, however, was that the same table we were eventually seated at had been vacant since we arrived. Yet we were made to wait over 40 minutes with no explanation, finally seated around 9:35.
Service was chaotic. Our wine took 25 minutes and multiple reminders to arrive — in dirty glasses. Food only came after we asked for the GM. Our server, Alexis, was positive and trying her best, but clearly overwhelmed.
The biggest letdown? Manager Tamara’s attitude — dismissive, rude, and condescending. She made us feel like giving us a table was a favor. The GM did apologize and comped our bill, which we appreciated — but the damage was done.
This wasn’t just a bad night — it was a complete breakdown in hospitality.

BJ's is always busy for a reason! But this particular location feels extra welcoming. Sienna at the bar was attentive and personable. The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad was prepared perfectly and the chips and guac is a must appetizer. A home run!

This place is just horrible. I was booked with a table of 8 which KEEP IN MIND, I made a reservation ahead of time, and guess what? Waited for 40 minutes after my due reservation and was THEN told the table I was waiting on wasn't even ours, so we waited 40 minutes for nothing... and the waiters treated us like we were the problem??? Utterly stupid

Where do I start? Lazy staff dressed in plain, street clothing. A pizookie takes over 30 minutes. Waiters hitting on customers? Not to mention mischarging me for a soda I never got
