You wait to get table cleanup for 30 minutes then you wait to get your order taken for 30 minutes then the staff behaves as if they doing you a favor. It has happened thrice.

As someone who travels a lot for business I have been to a number of BJs over the year. Will say this Kristin G. Will be what we remember most about our visit from the attention to detail and the quick attentiveness of service I believe it to be worthy of a five star Never stop never stopping.

I want to first state I think it's important to give the owner or Manager of any business the opportunity to address concerns first. So I'm that spirit we called and spoke with the manager, we were told that they were going to get back to us. They never followed up.
Waited with empty glasses for well over 20 minuets to have a manager get us drinks. I had the hot pizza and sat there with no drink. Waiter spent 90% of his time in the back and 10% helping tables. Another waiter brought us waters 5 minuets later. Our other party had their food 15 minuets before our other food arrived.

the food here is decent. but it took so long for me and my mom to receive our main entrees. after that we ordered our dessert and it took 30 minutes for it come. we asked our server to bring us a plate and ranch, he didn't even bring us that. instead, we had to tell another waiter and she brought us what needed almost immediately. we asked to get our check with the desert and we sat their for an additional 20 minutes. we had been sitting here for about two hours, whereas a party of three that came in after us got served and left as we sat waiting for our desserts.
my mom went to use the restroom and she came back telling me that there was no toilet paper OR soap in the restroom.
i would never recommend this place to anyone.

I dined here last month. Paid by the Apple Pay thing, I don't know if the App timed out on me but I ended up paying for my meal twice. I called the restaurant and was told this issue would be fixed. It's been over a week and nothing has been resolved. I don't recommend using the Apple Pay feature if you don't have cash or card on you. The food isn't all that great here anyway. I won't be returning.

Came in on a Tuesday night and it was very busy! (5 dollar pazookie). I enjoyed my time with my wife thanks to our server but especially Sydney or Cindy who was the hostess! She was so nice and kind to us, I will definitely be back again!
