I am also a matcha lover, and I'm glad this shop has real matcha. If it's not, I'm glad it has the right color and taste too.

This place is loud, almost like going into a shouting match, if you plan to sit and chat at their limited seating area. Drink quality is also inconsistent.
1st visit - Tropical Passion drink, 25% sugar was good. Good amount of passion fruits with enough balance of tartness and sweet.
2nd visit. Tropical Passion drink, 25% sugar was bland and diluted. Barely any passion fruits. I can literally count how many passion seeds in my cup. Think lemonade but without the lemon juice.
I walked up to the counter and asked if they give me 1 extra tablespoon of passion fruits. Their replied ‘we don’t do that’. I told them the drink is bland. I am not asking for a refund, I only need 1 tablespoon of passion fruits. Again, same replied.
My friend noticed that I haven’t touch my drink after 25 minutes and asked if everything was ok. I told her the drink is tasteless, more like a spa water. She told me her husband and daughter ordered the same drinks in the past and it was bland too. They provided feedback, but nothing happened, they no longer order the passion fruit drinks. She said I got lucky with my 1st visit.
My friend then took the drink, walked up to the counter and asked for a replacement. They hesitated but my friend wasn’t backing down. So they made me a new drink, just because it is closing time and they want to go home.
They could have just give me 1 extra tablespoon of passion fruit in a little water cup or something.

i like boba here. but the shopping plaza is full of rats.. especially at parking. in front of this boba on walking street. i saw a dead rat …. it can spread severely disease.. since lots of kids are walking by this store… please watch out!!

I specifically asked for less ice, but they still gave me half a cup of it. If I wanted ice, I could just get it from my fridge at home—why would I come to a bubble tea shop just for ice? The staff here clearly don’t read your order notes, and it seems like it’s just a bunch of high school kids working. Very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

Very disappointed with this place. The store was noticeably unclean, from the floors to the tables. Maybe it’s because the place is overrun by teenagers—and teenagers are the ones making the food. The rest, you can imagine. Definitely not somewhere I’d feel comfortable ordering from again.

Definitely a popular place. Very busy but the our order came out pretty fast. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other drinks. We had the brown sugar milk tea with boba & one of the cold brew.
