I ordered online ahead of time and store still didnt quite get my orders correct but also the mexican lady has a serious weird attitude and asked me to park somewhere instead of waiting at their empty driveway, which this store dont have a frontdoor parking loy, then instead deliver my food to my car, she stood there and waited for me to walk to their store.

I would have given 0 star if it is the thing, we placed an order at around 9:17. The attitude of the female staff was bad and the services were terrible. We missed couple of the foods we ordered (fries and a cheeseburger).No main sauce and onions for whoppers are provided and they didn’t even tell us about that. They only told us after we asked for them. The female staff was only scrolling her phone and not caring about the customers. And not even an apology of the missing foods that they forgot to add, instead, the staff was just scrolling her phone at the counter. The foods were also cold btw. This is definitely the worst Burger King we been to, never coming back again.

Yesterday i have ordered a meal so there was a employee her name was alicie something so,she was making the fries & she was touching her pants so we saw that & my wife told her hey can you please wear the gloves while making the fries cause i have a small baby & i am curious about him, instead of listening to me she was arguing & giving the lame reasons saying lie to us i haven’t touch anywhere is this a way to treat?? Worst experience of burger king not gonna come again

Ordering from AI is annoying. Plus, 3rd time in a row AI took my order including a slushy for my daughter and when we get to the window human tells us the slushy machine is broken. Literally my little girl cried.
Terrible. Cold food right out of the window. Bad attitude at the service window and you can’t even talk to a real person you order by talking to a robot $45.00 for two terrible fast food meals???. What is wrong with the service industry? Get a grip
