Had an outstanding dinner with my husband and friends last night. First my husband and I started at the bar for cocktails, chips & salsa. Roberto was friendly& had quick service! We got our chips and salsa immediately. I had a strawberry margarita and my husband tried the jalapeño & cucumber spicy margarita. Drinks were great! Roberto checked on us many times, as he made his rounds to check on everyone at the bar. He made us feel welcomed! When our friends arrived we were quickly seated at our table. Poppi was our waitress. She was also amazing! She was very patient with us, as we weren’t in a hurry. She was very friendly, helpful, and quick! We all ordered another round of drinks. Eventually we ordered food and we all enjoyed it! I appreciate that they have gluten free items labeled on their menu!! I got the quessaburria tacos. Others order shrimp tacos, fajitas, and enchiladas. We were very impressed with how quickly we got our food! Everything was delicious! Thank you Roberto & Poppi for giving us a fun kid free night out!

This place is just ok. The rice is very good! I had enchiladas, chicken and a cheese. Just ok. Lacked flavor. Salsa is very spicy but that's the way I like it. It may be too hot for some with sensitive palettes.

I had gift cert. $100 dollars my bill came to $77.45. The employee left and said thats it!! What happened to my change and or offer dessert or a drink for the balance? So she took my balance of $22.55 i had planned to leave a tip but that much. Be awear of your bill and any change they don't give you.

Casa Orozco is pretty good specifically their Pollo Poblano smothered in a rich, dark Mole sauce. Casa Orozco has the BEST Mole.
However, some of their other platters, like the Nachos or taquitos are too Americanized and lack the richness of authentic Mexican flavor.
Their Livermore location is off the Hook it's like a big beautiful Spanish Hacienda.

Food is really good but I don't think I can justify coming back after my experience today. For context I went to eat here with my mexican family and off the rip, managers were already arguing with some of their servers. We get sat down and this older white lady serves us and wow, it's like she doesn't know the first thing about being a server. Didn't introduce herself, sat us down in the corner as if to hide us, the way she gave us our food, doesn't respond to thank you. Throughout our time eating, she waited around 5 minutes and she kept coming back to our table to see if we needed something, and almost took away a plate of food cause she thought we had finished. The whole time it felt like we were judged and it felt like she wanted us to leave. Overall I think the staff needs some sort of retraning or evaluation done because this made our visit very unpleasant.
The food wasn’t very authentic—it felt more like Americanized Mexican and lacked real flavor. The atmosphere itself wasn’t particularly nice, though the music was good. I also noticed the blinds were pretty dirty and could use some cleaning. Service was ok , but overall, it’s not a place I’d return to.

Took nearly an hour after dinner for our group of 12 to get the bill. We repeatedly asked for 1 bill for the whole table, but they insisted on breaking it into 6 bills, 2 diners each.
