The presentation of the food was really nice and the food was amazing. They had many gluten free options to eat and the workers were patient and helpful. Definitely recommend!!
Chips were cold and burnt, appetizers came very late, asked for side order of guac to eat with chips , which came with dinner. Assistant waiter brought someone order to our table (confused).
Very busy and noisy place.
This is a great restaurant the food the staff are amazing. I grew up in Dublin when my friends and I are back in town we eat here.
Had an impromptu birthday celebration
With a dog in tow. It was a cool evening, and we were the only group outside on the deck. They turned on the heater for us. They brought out water for the dog, chips, salsa,
And a pitcher of Margaritas right away. Great service until we left, even though we were the only ones outside.
The concept is pretty predictable if you’d been to El Torito or On The Border. Located in an outdoor mall with plenty of open parking and a very nice facade with outdoor seating that is largely unoccupied.
The layout, decor and the seating style and everything is that typical Casa style. The bar area is vibrant and welcoming. Lot of folks seem to be regulars having a good drink with friends and significant others.
They take you back to the dining hall if you are in for dinner into 2 or 3 rooms with both tables and booths, which are somewhat unkept and dirty looking in need of a food wash.
Food is typical, not very special, but good. The waiter was not rude but hasn’t made any attempt to be pleasant either until at the end when he saw the tip I left which was way more than he deserved.
Bottom line, very passable. I have better options to have a pleasant evening with family.
The food was great but our waitress was extremely unfriendly. Seemed to just pass us off like we weren't even in the room. Worst waitress I have ever had. Food was great but very unfriendly environment.
Great food and our server Chuck was amazing!! Thank you Chuck! We brought our 96 year old grandmother for a new years dinner and she loved every moment and service towards her was exceptional with her request for a mild gin and tonic drink and mild salsa( not strong and spicy) They were very accommodating. Margaritas were great and the white sauce enchiladas are always amazing!!! Highly recommend Casa Orozco ❤️
Haven't lived in this area in about 7 years (came for a visit) and this place never disappoints! The food was amazing as always our waitress Daniella was very sweet. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town
High school friends' get-togethers for Taco Tuesdays. Always welcomed with excellent service, food and atmosphere.

The wait staff provided horrible service. They didn't know where to take a birthday cake. The server made the entire experience something to remember, not in a good way. Due to this experience, I canceled the following reservation for 14.

We were here on Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 in the early evening with a large group of family. Chips and salsa were promptly served, and guacamole/chips appetizers were ordered. Their guac is delicious! For our main meal, my husband & I both ordered burrito bowls. I had the Chile Verde & hubs had the carne asada for our meat choices. The bowls had meat, rice, black beans, roasted corn, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Each ingredient was placed in the bowl separated but next to each other resembling a "pie" where each slice is different. I mixed it all up and went for it. Both of us really liked it. Some of the other meals ordered were nachos, quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos & flautas. Everyone said they enjoyed their food. The staff at the front desk as well as our servers were all very friendly. We both said we'd definitely go there again when next in Dublin.

Service was great. Never went dry with chips, salsa and margaritas. They have the BEST cucumber jalapeño margarita! Food is always good!
Atmosphere was good and service was okay. Food was not the best (got the vegetarian bowl). I’ve gotten their vegetarian food to go before but was a bit disappointing for the price

Kitchen is fine. Food is good. Kitchen delivers what server puts in. Server keeps putting in wrong order.
Ice tea should have ice.
These feel like silly complaints, but it just keeps happening and now we're not revisiting in a while.
