Ordered a thali, paneer pakora and pav bhaji. Asked for extra green chutney which is a side for the pakora and the waiter lady nodded her head and I continued to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked once more and she says " do you want it with chaat - we cannot provide it alone". So your telling me that you are unwilling to serve a customer, an extra side of green chutney? And without giving the real reason you proceed to agree and simply ignore my table until I ask again? What sort of pathetic level of customer service is your business offering? If it was a paid item, you simply mention that and that could have been taken care off. Train your waiters in basic customer etiquette for god sake!

We used to go to Chaat Bhavan pretty regularly about a year ago - the food was great. Then we ordered home a couple of times and kept getting sick back to back so we gave it a break. Coming back here after a year - honestly - the standards for food have decreased immensely. Quality is really bad. Everything tastes off or weird all the curries, the breads are not done well, we ordered hara bhara parantha and had stuffed jeera and raw whole coriander seeds inside - disgusting! I ordered a thali and everything was pretty tasteless except for the custard. Not coming here anymore.

We took takeout for dinner. The food was bland and to no spice at all. The noodles were super bland and not mixed properly. No vegetables at all and feltlike it was just bolied and added some basic spice and not even tossed properly. The Biryani was the worst. First, it was super spicy, and then the rice was super hard. Looks like they made it with the remaining, and it was not even properly cooked. Seriously, I'm not impressed and not worth the money for the food. Will never come here again. Wish I could give 1/2 star.
