Honestly recommended Chip over crumbl any day of the week. Chip is actual cookies while Crumble smoothed cupcakes. The employees here are friendly which made buying the cookies that much easier. Delicious cookies!

Cookies weren’t good, had to throw them away. They were overbaked and lacked flavor. Also, they’re too thick. $5 for a cookie that tasted liked it was baked yesterday. I had the butter cookie and the special Maple cookie. Not good

We ordered through DoorDash, which we have done a handful of times. However, this experience was much different. The cookies were HARD as a Rock (pause)…you can’t even stick them with a fork. This is insane! I called the business and I didn’t expect them to do anything, but they are completely in denial. It seems like someone took the cookies out and then put them back in to “re-warm” them. There is no way these are fresh cookies. Like I said, we have ordered cookies from them numerous times. Unacceptable! We’ve ordered cookies from Chip before that have been warm, soft and delicious, which is why I am not leaving a one-star review. If you order via delivery, be wary.
