Ordered a bowl and this location has the worst portion sizes ever. The worker took a scoop and then tapped away most of the meat. It’s actually insulting how much food they give for the prices. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I placed an order at 9:30pm for delivery online. Received no confirmation but instead was issued a refund after the money was deducted out of my account. Couldn't get a hold of the store to inquire why this happened. Was an automated phone service. I just don't understand why you say you're open until 11pm but then cancel orders without an explanation. Just doesn't make sense.

Made an online order for pickup at 6:10, order was not ready even at 6:20, then when I asked for it, the old Hispanic lady there(probably the manager) rudely said no and repeatedly refused to make an order. Finally after much argument when she did find the order, she forgot to add the tortillas that I asked for. The reply below is automated and chipotle just puts a deaf ear to customer complaints. I am done with chipotle!!

I got a steak burrito bowl and a sofritas veggie bowl. They filled it with watery sofritas and skimped on the food. The bowls were also 1/3 full and leaked through the bag. Service was rushed, and there was no attention to the customer. Avoid this chipotle.

One of the kids that work there was not too friendly.
I went to order veggies bowl and kids meal. And I did not get sour cream for veggie bowl I told her if she can give me in another box. When we don’t get sour cream with veggie bowl usually they give in another small box But today they charged for that, I told her this Her reaction was do you want receipt or not ? It’s really disappointed by seeing reaction of people like this. What happend to kindness for people I am missing old kindness and service. I don’t think so I will come visit this location again only because rudeness of counter girl. I did not went her to here rudeness after paying money and that too did not get what we get and Paris extra for this. Really really disappointed for service ???

We went to buy food excitedly but it shattered to witness the wrong assumptions and racism , we were intended to order more food but we choose to step out after seeing very rude customer service. Would never go back to this location again. I have read a couple of reviews from other people on the website and everyone seems to have the same issue. I think the workers there needs to be trained efficiently and upto food grade standards.
