I am disappointed I spent so much. Only came to this location because I work with my client in Pleasanton. Hayward chipotle is wayyyyy better ! Advance were more then a day old you could tell. They used to be better in the past. They are worst now. Bowls I bought had ton of salty stuff which was not edible at all. Chicken was stale and undercooked. Person making bowl was rude and irritated.

Food is okay, better than the other location in Dublin. But the employees need training. I was ordering two bowls, one for myself one for my kid. I was originally started with one employee. While I was still telling the one I was talking to the other employee jumped in and ask me with 2x speed of talking and rush me to order. I was so confused who to talk to, I took a pause and the 2nd guy rush me again and pointed the bowl that he asked me what rice I want. So rude. Never go to the location again.

I ordered a chicken bowl to go and their honey chipotle chicken was out. I was told itâd be a short wait and I was cool with that. Faymarie was sweet enough to ring me up while I waited. (Thanks girly!) I was told the chicken was ready and I could proceed with my bowl. I wish I wouldâve taken a pic of the amount of chicken they originally gave me. I kid you not, the portion was as if they scraped it from the bottom of the container. When I asked for more, they proceeded to give me a serving in their small salsa cup⊠like if yâall didnât have it, just say that. I wouldâve gladly changed my choice of protein. I wish I didnât pay for the âextraâ chicken but I was pretty annoyed and wanted to head home.
Chicken was made too spicy this time at this location. But other than that it's delicious. I love it.

Didnât realize Chipotle was doing Japanese fusion with sticky white rice.
Overcooked chicken, overcooked rice, no salt in anything. Surprisingly the pinto beans tasted like nothing!
Bad customer service, the guy was in too much rush in an empty restaurant and missed a bunch of salsas.

I ordered pickup at this location, and when I went there at the assigned time, they said that there is no order available. I showed them the screen shot I had of the order, and they kept trying to defend them. Ultimately I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food. Horrible service.... Do NOT order pick-up at this location.

Ordered a bowl and this location has the worst portion sizes ever. The worker took a scoop and then tapped away most of the meat. Itâs actually insulting how much food they give for the prices. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
