Worst experience ever this is the slowest restaurant. Not just one time but multiple time seems like workers don’t give damn about customers waiting. To make worst it looks unhygienic

Says online and on the door that they open at 10:45 but stood outside the locked door for 15 minutes while 6 employees inside completely ignored us

The kid working in the front made my bowl. Had a disgusting attitude ignores you when you talk to him and rolls his eyes and lets out a hug huff and puff if you ask him anything and still ignored you, he should not interact with any customers at all. Probably the rudest person i have encountered in a really long time

We placed a mobile order and had to wait for 45 min to get our food because they didn’t have cheese (it doesn’t take 45 min to ‘make’ cheese). This was really just due to the workers’ lack of effort and competency. When asked to see the manager, they did not come out to smooth out the problem. They also did not have many other sides and items available that a typical, prepared Chipotle would have: Red Chimichurri, trays, etc.

Good place for a quick stop and to enjoy a good drink. This place has definitely improved with the new employees — the Mexican cooks are doing an excellent job. The food tastes much fresher and more authentic now, and the restaurant looks noticeably cleaner. Overall, a much better experience!

Every single table was DIRTY. The floors under the tables were disgusting. What's happening Chipotle? How is this ok? It's not just at this location, but majority of the locations I've been to lately are disgusting. Giving two stars because the food was fine (they were out of guac, but np). I ate at the location because it was my meal break on a long drive and all I could think of was how unclean the restaurant was. A bit of sloppiness is a different thing, this was outright neglect and a systemic problem in prioritizing at the corporate level. I'll be choosing differently in the future.
Service was too slow employees need to move a lot. Faster portions are also too small compared to other stores. Also, the guy on the back cutting the meat was coughing. A lot would not mask on his face.
