Walking through the door the first thing we notice was the place was small and crowded.
While using the restroom (#2) I ran out of toilet paper. I had to do the next best thing. I was in there wiping my ass with seat covers. ;( Talk about ass itching for 90 minutes while my kids play games. Coming out of the bathroom a lady stopped me to let me know there was a piece of toilet paper about 3’ stuck to my shoes. Embarrassing! So you know the bathroom is dirty.
At the end of our visit to get prizes the lady at the register said it wasn’t her job and got another man to get our prizes he scanned our card walk off for about 5 minutes and came back. I give it 3 stars they lucky my kids had fun or else they would got 1.
I might go back but they better have some toilet paper!!

Fairly small but great for kids. It was a nice way to kill an hour + it was clean.
Worst experience here . Waited for an hour and a half.
None of the employees cared to help with the food order had a bad attitude. Also we ordered French
Fries and they literally gave 10 pieces of it. Shameful and pathetic
Honestly would not be going back ever again

I got the Norovirus from one of your workers, they probably touched the pizza and now I have it, before you say anything I wear masks and use hand sanitizer VERY often, I'm just very mad that I got very sick from that place. I'm not saying I most definitely got the Norovirus from your workers but I'm saying that there's a very VERY high chance that I got it from this place. I went on Sunday, went home and didn't go anywhere else, and then I woke up the next day inbetween the timeline when the Norovirus is supposed to infect your body and I was sick as hell, I couldn't even get up for a whole day without nearly falling over. I went AGAIN and then I was sick with something else. 👎😡😤😠

Had a short last minute change in plans and ended up here with my kids to visit with family. First impression, very open and visible, door in the middle of the room and about 3.5 feet tall. Too tall for kids to climb but why would they anyway haha safety is so important to me having to keep eyes on multiple kids. Not ball pit or tunnels.. honestly, okay on the safety and sanitary side of things but they have replaced it with a trampoline type of cage, with attendant sometimes available. Here's the catch, it's $15 for socks and waistband to send the kids in...$6 for the cute plastic cup, with purchase of soda.. $45 for a cheese pizza and 4 paper cups of soda...$36 per child for an hour of arcade play but then the coins were limited to a certain number. Then time to leave I somehow managed to leave my TABLET! Gosh I thought I left it on the roof of my car or something. After searching my whole van and my room, I decided to call around closing time with no avail because I didn't carefully listen to the me u options 🙃 😔 and called the next morning, resulting in getting no answer or vm options I drove 20 minutes through traffic to walk in and was surprised to find they had been waiting for me! ❤️ I really wanted to tip them but did not have any money to spare in another state from home. So sorry. But such nice people working there! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF you have the money to blow on your kid, in a rut on what to do with your kids, and maybe enjoy the nostalgia; you'll be sure to get your dose of flashy lights and sounds 😀 😉 😄 😊

Had my daughter's birthday there. We had a pretty good experience except for one incident. We found the manager to be quite rude and was not ready to answer any questions that we had. Our host(forgot her name, starts with K) was very helpful and always ready to help. This Chuck e Cheese seemed to be a renovated one and everything worked well. The food was good too. Except for the manager's rude behavior we are pretty satisfied.

An insult to taxpayers $$$$! My family was there for over 3hours and we saw Chuck maybe once and I had to request for him to surface. The food is overpriced for the portions they serve. They should close Dublin Chuck E Cheese down for business. What a horrific experience.
Had a blast in birthday party, my kid enjoyed throughly.

We had a terrible experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Dublin, CA.
We booked our son’s birthday party three weeks in advance and received a confirmation call from Chuck E Cheese three days prior.
Upon arriving at Chuck E Cheese at 11 am, we discovered that nothing was prepared for our birthday party due to "miscommunication" on the part of Chuck E Cheese. No table was set up, no sign board was displayed, and play passes were not ready for our guests. We had to wait until around 11:45 am to obtain play passes and set up the table. Even after the staff attempted to prepare for our party, many things were still not in order. Paper plates and water cups were not provided for our adult guests, despite our order for an additional large pizza in addition to the one that came with the Mega Pack. The Paw Patrol cake we had pre-ordered for our son was also unavailable, and our son was unable to receive a birthday hat, which was supposed to be included. Additionally, our guests were unable to receive Goody bags due to them running out. The entire experience was stressful and unacceptable, and we wished we could have simply walked away.
Throughout this ordeal, the manager did not seem to make any effort to assist us. She did not offer a single word of apology and merely explained that there was some miscommunication because it was the first time they had six birthday parties scheduled in the same time slot. If this is true, then why did they accept our reservation?
At the end of the party, the manager offered a 20% discount as compensation for our experience. We accepted it to avoid further hassle and paid $390+ for this nightmare.
We simply wanted to provide feedback on our extremely negative experience during our son’s birthday party. We have no intention of considering Chuck E Cheese for any future birthday parties and will share our experience with friends, recommending against having birthday parties at Chuck E Cheese.

The kids had a great time, but as a parent, I was left disappointed. The place was chaotic, with too many parties happening at once, making it feel completely disorganized. We had barely enough room at our table, and our host was hard to find when we needed something. The birthday host seemed uninterested, and we constantly had to remind them to bring out the food, drinks, and cake. It was clear they were short-staffed given the sheer number of parties going on. The pizza was just okay, and it took forever for our food to arrive. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but I expected better.
When it came time to settle the bill, I was shocked to receive a $1,500 à la carte service bill. I had booked the ultimate package, which costs $39 per child for 16 kids, plus a few extras like 3 pizzas and 2 fries platters, so the total should have been around $800. After confronting the manager, they apologized and corrected the bill. While I want to give the benefit of the doubt to the person who made the mistake, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Every time I or my friends have organized a party there, there's been a billing issue. So, be cautious when booking a party with them.

Our kids loved it but it seems to be germ infested! Our whole family caught a stomach bug. I guess that’s to be expected! Wish they would sanitize the machines and games better so we can enjoy without getting sick.

Totally horrible, the people are very rude, I mean the customers themselves are not polite even though it is Dublin.. it is better to return to Chuck E. Cheese in Hayward, they are more respectful.. the service the place provides is good, just the type of The client who visits him is very rude... the adults playing the games and at least my daughter waiting for a game to be released because the adult gentleman had already been playing a game for a while. What they do is ridiculous and they also obstruct the machines where you buy the cards. chuck E.cheese is very out of control.. I felt very frustrated..
