Worst customer service ever. I love crumbles, and it’s so sad that this visit left such a bad taste in my mouth. I rushed from work to grab crumbles for my coworkers birthday, and when I got in the girl in front had a little bit attitude because I told her that website pickup option is not working. She responded that she can’t do anything about it. I told her I know I am just letting you know so you can report the issue. And then she goes we can’t take any orders right now the system is down. I told her I literally came from my work break and I accidentally put in the order in San Ramon location, but this is near me. Could you please do something to help I am ready to buy another box. I am running out of time. She said she can’t do anything. She did not understand the sensitivity of the issue. I came from my work break and obv ran out of time to go somewhere else. And if the box was accidentally ordered at other location which I was not going to pickup. She could have def offer a better customer service… I left with no cookies, and ran out of time to get anything else

Cookies were amazing, like they always are. The reason behind the 3 stars was the wait time. I ordered ahead at around 12 and wanted to pickup between 3:30-3:50 for curbside pickup (thinking it’ll be faster that way). I pull up, wait almost 10 minutes, with absolutely NO ONE inside the store with it being 2 people working behind the counter. I honestly should have just went inside, didn’t think it would take that long for curbside pickup. Not sure what’s so difficult about putting 4 cookies into one box?Please do better. It really makes me not want to come back.

This location is great- it is in the Fallon shopping center, near the side with the chevon gas station and the starbucks. They are very good about completing your to go orders quickly, which is what I always do on a late weekend night. Service is attentive and I have been happy with all of the cookies that I have ordered here. Since the cookies are really rich, I recommend sharing with friends or eating then over a few days. They are closed on Sundays, but open late on Fridays and Saturdays.,

Underwhelming I feel is the most polite way to say. The cookies were okay, the hype surrounding Crumbl Cookies is like the overrated hype at In N Out burger. Would I go back, no but I respect their following that they have.
