The staff was friendly and there was ample seating on a Saturday morning. I was having car work done in the area and asked for a non-chain recommendation and Denica’s was one of the suggestions. One area they came up short was the quality of the food - the potatoes were undercooked and not worth finishing. They did not have jelly/jam at the tables (only syrup); that did not work for my English muffin. I wondered if this was a one off and noticed another patron left her waffles and sausage mostly uneaten - she hardly touched her meal. For the price of the coffee they should come with refills. The pastries did look delicious, however, there were no prices behind the counter or in the display case. This will discourage many a customer from asking after the price as they may want to avoid the embarrassment of not buying if they are too pricey. I love to see privately owned restaurants thrive and I hope they do a serious quality check on their offerings.

Very disappointing experience! We normally love Denica’s but this location has gotten progressively worse :( We had to wait 45 minutes to get our ube french toast because they took it to the wrong table! The one received was so soggy. Will not be returning.

Pastries 8/10 delish. Lemonades are pretty good. Food used to be great. This time I order pork hash, it was flavorless, dry, no butter on bread, and undercooked potatoes. Potatoes weren't even a little crispy. I honestly took two bites and threw it away it was dreadful. I would only come back for pastries.

This is one of my go-to brunch places. The bakery selection is amazing and food options are pretty great. I had an avocado toasts which was both delicious and filling. The house fries were not as great.
