I eat here like 4 times a week! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They never mess up my order, never forget to put the salsa in the bag. All the employees are super nice, always offer extra things to add to the order and the manager Elena is top tier. She always makes sure to make it personal and welcoming it feels like I'm going to my moms house. I never thought I'd say that about a fast food place haha but I just love them here. 10/10 recommend.
The food is great! The Meal for Two is a great deal! The staff were welcoming but seemed to be milling about when there was definitely a few dirty tables and the salsa bar was not set up :(.
I ate at El Pollo Loco, a Mexican grilled chicken specialty store, in Las Vegas many years ago. The chicken was roasted dry and the legs were not juicy at all. I will never go to this store again.
But today at this store in Duplin, California, I didn’t expect it to be so delicious, and 4*legs & 4*thigh $11, it’s really cost-effective and delicious
