I’ve been a regular customer here and really like the food here. They say having a repeat customer is the best compliment for your business. But a recent incident makes me think they don’t care for their customers. On April 21, 2023 I ordered food from their website for pickup at Dublin. I got text confirmation of the order and the pickup ready confirmation text. When I reach there, I find it’s closed and my 15 minute drive was a waste.I call them next day and they tell me to talk to DoorDash. I had to explain I ordered from their website. I was told I would get a call back. Nothing for 2 days. I call back again and am told that the order was actually for April 22nd (maybe it was posted for them on next day) and the order amount was also less than what I claimed. After telling them I have text messages, credit card transaction to prove my case - they finally agreed to refund. Again, nothing happened for 3 days.I drive back to their restaurant (30 min round trip) and show them everything from my phone. Was eventually paid back.I understand mistakes happen but I’m sorry - if you don’t trust and value your customer and make an effort to fix it, you will loose them. The customer has other choices

The prices went up and everything there is so expensive.Very small food portions.Didn't give me the right order, instead they gave me a 4 piece beef kabab with nothing else but just the kabab and guess what the price was $16.78.And they didn't give me my refund online I had to drive all the way back to the store to get my money back which was a waste of gas and time. But the food was delicious.

I got togo of the falafel platter and it looked like an $8-$10 box and hardly was filling for one person, but they charged $18.53(inclusive of tax), when I asked for extra tahin sauce they said we need to pay for it. Extremely disappointing.

The food here is halal which is great since it is hard to find a good halal restaurant. The food tastes as good as it looks and is made fresh as well. The restaurant has good hygiene and has a lot of vegetarian options as well for those who don’t eat meat. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Great place to come eat حلال food, minus one star cuz of the music that was going on. Otherwise the food was good and service was really nice الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Hi friend and I were looking for something tasty on Christmas Day and these guys were open. First time here so I had to try the gyro. It was about $14 and it was pictured with fries on the menu. So of course I expected it to come with fries. My friend ordered a gyro also and asked if she could have curly fries with hers and they said, "Of course." So our expectation was that they would substitute her fries for curly fries though there was no mention of any additional charge. The calamari rings also sounded great so I ordered those. Also $14. We got our food to go and when we received it and check the receipt we realized that we were actually charged for a side of curly fries. No big deal but then came the unboxing once we got home. It turns out that the gyros don't come with fries despite the fries in the photo on the menu. So I had no fries with mine. For 14 bucks I would expect it to come with fries. $14 for just the gyro seemed like a bit much. That said, it was a delicious gyro. If I had paid that much at a nice sit-down place that would have been appropriate but then I'm fairly sure even that would have come with fries. The calamari rings were a disappointment. Taste wise they were okay though a bit soggy. That's understandable because it was probably 15-20 minutes before we got home. But if I had gone to any restaurant and ordered a side of calamari they would have probably been $11 to $15 for a good-sized plate of fried calamari appetizer. I expected an entree sized box but it was only a small box, the same size as the side of fries. I was really really surprised at the amount that came for $14. We all were. I would say that was probably the worst value considering how much a tasty order of calamari rings would be anywhere else. Our takeout order with Two gyros, one order of curly fries, an order of falafel and one order of calamari came to $76 with tax, pre-tip.We also got the baba ganoush and it was fantastic. My friend got the falafel for her mom who had always wanted to try falafel. It was definitely good falafel, but spicy. I'm not sure if the falafel was spicy or if all the spice came from the red pepper on top. Beautifully served and drizzled in a nice tahini I think. The service was great and the person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable and asked if we had any questions. The atmosphere was fine in a very casual almost cafeteria sort of way. They had a TV broadcast with a concert and some cool music that made my hips want to shimmy. It was clean and pleasant though absolutely nothing fancy. Nice lunch spot.I feel like the quality of the food was really good and it tasted fantastic. But for the amount of calamari rings that came in the order it should have been no more than $7. Fries should have been included with the gyros, at a price point of nearly $14. The side of baba ganoush was a nice portion and seemed well priced at around $7 and like I said it was absolutely delicious. I wouldn't order the calamari again because honestly I've had much better calamari elsewhere, especially at that price point but I would definitely go back for the gyros and baba ganoush!

We ordered takeout whilst visiting the nearby outlets and came across Falafel Flame. It's a well designed place making it great for dining in too which serves freshly-made, delicious, halal food. The service was terrific and the young girl taking our order at the counter was ever so helpful and so lovely.

I can only speak on the falafel wrap and it was surprisingly very good. Normally I don’t get the falafel because they tend to be dry and there’s never enough sauce. This wrap had a generous amount of sauce and ingredients. Pretty happy and I would come back.

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. It is an afghan-Mediterranean fusion place and they have some interesting dishes in their menu. The ambience inside is clean, casual yet funky. They have some outdoor seating as well. We got chicken and chapali kabob platters. Both these dishes were the best we have had. The meat texture was tender and very flavorful. The rice, humus, pita and salad in the platters were really good. The best were their green and red chili sauce that accompanied the platters well. Their staff are friendly and are courteous. Would definitely recommend this place if you craving middle eastern influenced cuisine!

Quite simply good food. This place is casual, but you can tell they care about their product. The falafel sandwich was very saucy, but loaded with crispy, flavorful falafel. The chapli kebab place was simply delicious. Homemade hummus, super crispy and flavorful beef patty, warm pita. Can't go wrong here. Great for a casual meal. PS: their hot sauce is great too.
